Electric wires for gate lights and intercoms are usually buried in the soil between the building and the gatepost. In this conventional embedding method, a vinyl chloride conduit tube is buried, a lead wire such as a steel wire or a piano wire is first inserted into this conduit tube, and the wire to be buried is connected to the rear end of this lead wire. Insert into the tube. Alternatively, a lead wire is used to insert the electric wire into the electric conduit first, and then the electric conduit is buried.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional burying method, it is necessary to pass the lead wire through the electric wire first, which complicates the work and is an obstacle to reducing the construction cost.

On the other hand, for underground cables, etc.
There is a technique in which the cable is inserted into a cylindrical cover to protect it and the protective cover is divided into two parts in the surface in the lengthwise direction, as described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2003-242242. In this technique, since the split cylinder (half-split cylinder) is made into two pieces, there is a possibility that the fitting may come off. If it comes off, dirt or the like may enter, or if an external force is applied, the edge of the split cylinder may hit the cable and damage it, thus failing to fulfill the role of protection.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Under the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for burying an electric wire between gate posts of a building in which the burial work is easy and the cost of the work can be reduced, and the electric wire is surely protected.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, when a plastic pipe is housed and buried between a building and a gate pole, the plastic pipe is divided into two parts in a lengthwise direction as a circular cross section. The cross-sectional arc center angle of one of the split tubes.
Over 180 degrees and 240 degrees or less, and form a dovetail groove or dovetail along the entire length of the inner surface of both split edges of the split tube, and at the same time over the entire outer surface of both split edges of the other split tube. A dovetail or dovetail that fits into the dovetail or dovetail of the split tube is formed, and one of the split tubes is connected in the required length direction and the electric wire is inserted into the dovetail, and the other is The end portion is covered so that it does not overlap one end portion, the dovetail groove and the dovetail tenon are integrally coupled to each other through fitting, and the structure is embedded.

The reason why the sectional arc center angle of the above-mentioned split cylinder is more than 180 degrees and 240 degrees or less is that if the split cylinders have a bending difference of 180 degrees, and if they exceed 240 degrees, the center angle of the other is This is because the binding force becomes too small and the angle becomes
Select appropriately considering the pipe diameter and its thickness.

In the wiring method according to the present invention configured as described above, an electric wire is inserted into one of the split tubes and the other is fitted. In this fitting, the dovetail groove and the dovetail are formed such that one of the divided cylinders is formed on the inner surface of the divided edge and the other is formed on the outer surface of the divided edge, so that one divided edge covers the other divided edge.

Therefore, when an inward external force is applied to the pipe, the center angle of the arc of the cross section exceeds 180 degrees, and it tends to bend compared to the other split cylinder, so it tries to bend largely inward, but the other split cylinder is not so much. It does not tend to flex, which makes the dovetail and dovetail fit more firmly.

By the way, if the dovetail groove and dovetail are formed with one split tube with a large central angle on the outer surface of the split edge and the other split tube on the inner surface of the split edge, the mating will be weakened when an inward external force is applied. The divided cylinder bends so that it does.

Further, since the connected divided cylinders are fitted so that their ends do not overlap with each other, they are surely integrated and become like a single pipe. On the other hand, if a split tube is damaged, replace it only.

First, the plastics pipe A will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the pipe A has a sectional cylinder 1a having a central angle θ 1 of 210 degrees and a thickness t of 4 mm and a sectional circular arc 1 a. It is composed of a split cylinder 1b having a central angle θ 2 : 150 degrees and a thickness t: 4 mm, and a dovetail groove 2a is formed over the entire length on the inner surface of the split edge of the former split cylinder 1a, and the latter split cylinder 1b is formed. Dovetails 2b are formed on the outer surface of the dividing edge over the entire length thereof, and these are extruded to a required length by hard vinyl chloride. This length is appropriately determined in consideration of ease of transportation and the like.

Next, the wiring inside the building H and the connection between the gate light L of the gate post W and the interphone C will be described. First, as shown in FIG.
Is placed in one of the split tubes 1a or 1b, and then both split tubes 1a, 1b
Are fitted and integrated in a zigzag manner so that their ends do not overlap, are buried in the soil, and the electric wire a is connected to the gate light L and the interphone C. Both ends 1a ', 1b' of tube A
Is used by appropriately cutting the split tubes 1a and 1b into, for example, a half module.

At this time, it is preferable to cover the exposed bent portion of the wire a with the elbow B. It is preferable that the elbow B can also be divided into two.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), a half-split tube
Providing a mortise 4a and a mortise hole 4b at required positions on the outer circumference of 3a and 3b,
By fitting the two cylinders 4a and 4b together, the two cylinders 3a and 3b can be combined to form the elbow B. Further, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), while spirally winding a strip 5 made of hard vinyl chloride in which a concave portion 5a having a U-shaped cross section and an insertion portion 5b having an I-shape are connected in series, As shown in Fig. 6, the insertion portion 5b is fitted in the recessed portion 5a, or the strip 5 is not spirally wound but is formed into an annular shape as shown in Fig. 6 (b), and the ring is continuously formed in the axial direction. If it is made to have flexibility, it can cope with any degree of bending.

Further, since the two split cylinders are fitted with a dovetail groove and a dovetail, one split cylinder is formed on the inner surface of the split edge and the other split cylinder is formed on the outer surface of the split edge, one split edge is It is in a state of covering the dividing edge. Therefore, when an inward external force is applied to the pipe, one of the split cylinders has a cross-section arc center angle of more than 180 degrees and is more easily bent than the other split cylinder. However, the other split cylinder does not tend to bend so much, and the dovetail groove and the dovetail joint are more firmly fitted and do not come off, so that the electric wire is reliably damaged.

Further, since the end portions of the connected divided cylinders do not overlap with each other, they are like a single pipe and are unlikely to come off, which also ensures the above protection. Further, even if one of the split cylinders is damaged, only that one needs to be replaced.
