Abstract

(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【目的】従来の土壌消毒機に代わる経済的で安全な害虫
消毒機を提供する。 【構成】水中土壌消毒機本体４に駆動軸受を取り付け、
発電機５、バッテリー６、変圧器７、配電盤８を装備す
る。これらによって、高電圧化された電流を陽極捧１、
２より発し、陰極捧３との間でショートさせ、そのショ
ートにより土壌害虫を消毒していく機械である。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、土壌害虫の消毒機械
に関する物である。

【従来の技術】従来の土壌消毒機としては、殺虫油剤注
入機として各種出ていた。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の土壌消毒機は、
薬剤を使用している為、害虫に抵抗力が出来て年々薬を
強くするか、量を増やさなければ効果が無くなってしま
うと言う欠点があった。又薬剤代も大きな経費となって
おり、最大の欠点は処理後植付け迄１ケ月以上の日時が
かかるという点があった。

【課題を解決する為の手段】トラクターに、水中害虫消
毒機本体（４）を牽引させ、Ｐ．Ｔ．Ｏ軸を繋ぐ。Ｐ．
Ｔ．Ｏ軸で、発電機（５）を回転発電させ、バッテリー
（６）に電気を貯える。バッテリー（６）の電気を変圧
器（７）で高電圧に変え、その高電圧電気を配電盤
（８）で陽極捧（１）陽極棒（２）のイからネ迄の電極
に順番に送る。その電気は陰極棒（３）の１から１０迄
の極とショートし、そのショートによる電流によって害
虫が死滅すると言う水を利用した土壌消毒用の機械であ
る。

【作用】消毒機をトラクターに牽引させ、Ｐ．Ｔ．Ｏ軸
をつないで回転させれば、水中の土壌害虫を消毒出来る
と言う機械である。

【実施例】以下、本説明の実施例を図１に基づいて説明
する。 水中土壌消毒機本体（４）のＰ．Ｔ．Ｏ軸受け
よりＰ．Ｔ．Ｏ動力を取り出し、発電機（５）に発電を
させ、その電力をバッテリー（６）に貯える。バッテリ
ー（６）の電力を変圧器（７）で高電圧に変え、その高
電圧電力を配電盤（８）で陽極捧（１）、陽極棒（２）
のイからネ迄の電極に送る。その電流は、陰極捧（３）
の１から１０迄の極とショートする。以上の様なショー
ト電流によって、土壌の害虫を消毒出来る機構を備えた
機械である。

【発明の効果】本発明は、上記の構造を持つ物であるか
ら、これをトラクターで牽引し、Ｐ．Ｔ．Ｏを連結、駆
動させると高電圧のショートが起こり、水中の土壌害虫
を駆除出来るものである。電流による消毒であるから、
処理区域の害虫は完全に死滅し、抵抗力のつく事もな
く、水を落とせばすぐに作付けが出来る。 又、薬剤費
が要らない等利点が多く、水を溜める事の出来る田畑の
消毒には最高の経済性を持つ安全な機械である。

  1. 【請求項１】水中土壌害虫消毒機本体（４）にＰ．Ｔ．
    Ｏ軸より動力を取りだし、発電機（５）で発電をし、バ
    ッテリー（６）に電気を貯え、その電気を変圧器（７）
    で高電圧に変え、その高電圧電気を配電盤（８）で陽極
    棒（１）と陽極捧（２）のイからネに順に送電し、土中
    の害虫を駆除する土壌害虫消毒機。
