[Detailed description of the device] (a). BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a block used as a railway structure, and more specifically, to a block for railroad gravel, which is installed at the end of roadbed gravel to prevent roadbed gravel from leaking out accurately. It concerns concrete blocks.

(B). 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional roadbed gravel block, for example, the lower surface of the bottom wall is a smooth surface and only a part thereof protrudes, as in the invention previously filed by the applicant of the present invention (Actual Publication 58-156750). It is characterized by having embedded legs.

According to this concrete block, it is possible to prevent the roadbed gravel from flowing out and the track from collapsing due to a vibration wave that occurs when the train passes during an earthquake.

(ハ)考案が解決しようとする問題点 道床が崩れてしまう原因には4つの場合が考えられる。(C) Problems to be solved by the invention There are four possible causes for the roadbed to collapse.

Two of them are the load of the train and the strong vibration that occurs when the train passes. This problem is solved by the road surface and the bed gravel deposited on it. That is, it is a method of uniformly distributing the load and vibration of the train received by the sleepers among the tracks of the railroad track on the road surface by mediating the bed gravel.

The other two are the problem that rainwater that falls on the orbit passes through the rough gaps of the roadbed gravel, reaches the dense road surface, and accumulates at the boundary surface, and the roadbed tends to collapse. This is a case in which the roadbed and the roadbed collapse due to the liquefaction phenomenon caused by the vibration waves. There is no other way than to keep the roadbed clean.

While the above-mentioned two of these four problems can be sufficiently covered by the conventional technique, the latter two are not yet solved. Some blocks have drain holes in the gravel retaining wall, but no consideration is given to drainage of the boundary surface.

(D) Means for Solving the Problem The present invention is directed to a bottom wall 1 for depositing roadbed gravel on the top surface, a gravel stop wall 2 standing from the front end of the top surface of the bottom wall 1, and a bottom wall 1
Of the bottom surface of the bottom surface of the water sweeping portion 3, which is cut out over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, the leg portions 8 at both ends of the water sweeping portion 3, and the fitting convex portions 4 alternately arranged on both side surfaces of the bottom wall 1. The present invention relates to a concrete gravel block for a railway bed, which is composed of a fitting recess 5.

Reference numeral 7 in the drawing denotes a drainage hole, and among rainwater and the like falling on the gravel 9 of the roadbed, the one blocked by the gravel stop wall 2 is drained to the outside through the drainage hole 7.

Further, the lower surface of the bottom wall 1 is composed of a water sweeping portion 3 which is cut out in the central portion longitudinal direction, and leg portions 8 and 8 at both end portions. Conventionally, most of the rainwater that has fallen on the roadbed gravel 9 reaches the road surface 10 and finally accumulates on the boundary surface 11, but in the present invention, rainwater is not collected in the roadbed gravel 9 by the water sweeping unit 3.

In the drawing, reference numeral 4 denotes a fitting projection for connecting blocks, and 5 denotes a fitting recess, which are alternately arranged on both side surfaces. The blocks according to the present invention, which are laid over a long distance, are firmly connected to each other by these fittings, and there is no possibility that the blocks fall off and the roadbed collapses.

Further, since a water sweeping part is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the bottom wall 1, there is no influence of vibration waves during train passage and rainwater flowing out along the bottom surface of the bottom wall like a block with a smooth surface that does not have such a shape. Moreover, there is no other concrete block of this kind that takes the "liquefaction phenomenon" into consideration, and it can be said that it is the optimum one with excellent safety in terms of earthquake countermeasures.
