The anchor bolt 3 is inserted into the anchor bolt hole 2 and the back-filled mortar 4 is filled, and the anchor bolt 3 is inserted.
Is fixed to the foundation 1. A hook H is provided at the tip of the anchor bolt 3 so that the anchor bolt 3 is firmly fixed to the backfilled mortar 4.

After pouring the basic concrete, it was removed to form a hole, and as another means, a protrusion or a butterfly was formed on the outer peripheral surface of the above-mentioned mold material to increase the resistance against pulling out.

Since the anchor bolts 3 are fixed only by the adhesive force of, the proof strength against the pulling force F cannot be said to be sufficient. That is, since the post-filling mortar 4 shrinks after curing, the adhesive force is generally lower than the calculated value. Therefore, even if the pulling force F is within the calculated value, there is a problem that the anchor bolt 3 is pulled out from the foundation 1 together with the back-filled mortar 4.

"Backlash" that occurs in
Cannot be prevented. Therefore, it was not possible to obtain a stable fixed state of the anchor bolt in the basic concrete for a long period of time.

An upward surface and a downward surface protruding substantially the same length in a state substantially orthogonal to the outer peripheral surface of the base body are formed in parallel at a predetermined interval, and between the outer peripheral edge portions of the both surfaces, the outer peripheral surface of the base body is in a substantially parallel state. There is provided a mold material having an outer surface formed on.

Similarly, if the upper surface wall and the side surface wall are formed corresponding to the downward surface and the outer surface, respectively, and if the space formed by each of these surface walls, the so-called filling chamber, is filled with the backfilled mortar, the backfilled mortar is in a state free from backlash. Fixed to. Moreover, since the ridges are formed by the parallel upward and downward surfaces and the outer surface orthogonal to these surfaces, the rotation is smooth when the mold material is removed, and the holes can be easily formed in the concrete foundation.

The ridge 6 is spirally and integrally provided on the outer peripheral surface 5a of the base 5. The protrusion 6 is provided in a so-called square screw shape, and a downward surface W 2 is formed at a predetermined interval and in parallel with the upward surface W 1 that is substantially orthogonal to the outer peripheral surface 5 a of the base body 5. Moreover, these surfaces W 1 , W 2
Have almost the same length and length. Further, an outer surface W 3 is formed between the outer peripheral line portions W a and W b of the both surfaces W 1 and W 2 in a state substantially parallel to the outer peripheral surface 5 a of the base body 5.

For example, when it is necessary to embed the anchor bolt 3 in three steps of the mold material A in order to counter the pulling force F, first, a release agent is applied to the outer surface of the mold material A. Then, the form A is arranged in the form (not shown) of the base 1 so that the required number of stages is 3 below the top end of the base 1. At the same time, the axis of the mold material A is aligned with the arrangement position of the anchor bolt 3. In such a state, foundation concrete is poured into the formwork to form the foundation 1. After the base 1 is cured, the mold material A is removed from the base 1. At this time, when the base body 5 protruding from the top end of the foundation 1 is rotated in the circumferential direction, since the downward surface W 1 and the upward surface W 2 protrude by the same length, the outer side surface W 3 is further centered on the base body 5. Since it rotates in parallel with, if the initial turning force is sufficient, it will rotate smoothly as it is. Moreover, by interposing a release agent, the adhesion between the mold material A and the basic concrete can be more easily separated, and the screw can be screwed back from the nut as a whole.
Is removed. Further, if the mold material A is formed of a material capable of withstanding the initial rotational force, the mold material A itself will not be broken, and diversion will be easy. Inside the base 1 from which the mold material A has been removed, female screw-shaped anchor bolt holes 7 corresponding to the base body 5 and the ridges 6 of the mold material A are formed.

A bottom wall W x corresponding to the upward surface W 1 of the mold material A, an upper surface wall W y corresponding to the downward surface W 2 and a side wall W z corresponding to the outer surface W c form a filling chamber W o having a substantially rectangular cross section. It is formed. When the anchor bolt 3 is inserted into the anchor bolt hole 7 to set the position and then the back-filled mortar material is filled, the back-filled mortar material flows into the filling chamber W o . As described above, since the filling chamber W o has a rectangular cross section, when the back-filled mortar is sufficiently filled, there is no gap between the foundation 1 and the lower surface wall W x , the upper surface wall W y , and the side surface wall W z .

When the filling chamber is filled with post-filling mortar, there is no backlash of the post-filling mortar that hardens to the foundation. Therefore, there is no looseness or looseness in fixing the anchor bolts integrated with the post-filling mortar and the foundation, and there is no accident such as removal. Does not happen.
