糊に石灰水を入れたとき、こんにゃく糊として使用出来
る時間は5秒程度で、8秒もかかると両者が反応し、使
用できなくなる。従来の多孔板の交換には4秒程度要し
たが、本考案によれば、口金交換を2秒程度でできるの
で、こんにゃく原料のロスをなくすのに大いに効果的で
