A floor panel made of lightweight concrete, which is provided with the interrupted part of the sloping roof, is attached to the side surfaces of the roof beam facing each other, and is made of lightweight concrete and is laid on the floor panel. While forming the floor of the balcony, an inner wall body having an opening leading to the attic on the roof beam on the upper side of the sloping roof and connecting the upper end of the discontinuity of the sloping roof to the lower side of the sloping roof. On the roof beam, an outer wall body that connects the lower ends of the discontinuities of the slanted roof is provided, while at the both ends of the inner wall body and the outer wall body, side wall bodies that connect the lateral ends of the discontinuities of the slanted roof are provided. .

Thus, since the balcony is formed by using the roof beams that can support the floor of the attic, the structure of the balcony can be simplified and the workability can be improved. Further, as the waterproof material, for example, a synthetic resin-based waterproof sheet such as vinyl chloride or a synthetic rubber-based waterproof sheet is preferably used, which can enhance the waterproofness of the balcony floor, and has high heat insulation and noncombustibility as a floor panel. Since it uses the lightweight concrete it has, it also helps improve fire protection.

The waterproof material 10 is placed on the upper surface of the floor panel P to form the floor D of the balcony C. In this example, a heat insulating floor material is used between the floor panel P and the waterproof material 10 using a heat insulating material such as plastic foam such as polythylene, polyethylene, or polyurethane foam, glass fiber, or inorganic fiber such as rock wool. A non-combustible material such as a gypsum board or an asbestos board is laminated on the heat insulating material 16 with 16 interposed. Therefore, the balcony floor D has high heat insulation and incombustibility due to the lightweight concrete, the heat insulating floor material 16, and the noncombustible material. Further, as the waterproof material 10, a synthetic resin type waterproof sheet such as vinyl chloride, a synthetic rubber type waterproof sheet or the like is preferably used to enhance the waterproofness of the balcony floor D.
