いた。2. Description of the Related Art A mixing head of a foam molding machine generally used as a raw material mixer for molding a phenolic resin foam is generally configured as shown in FIG. 2, and a raw material such as a resole and a curing agent is set in a cylindrical chamber a. An agent, a foaming agent and the like are respectively injected through the orifice b, and these are mixed and stirred by the rotor c to prepare a mixed solution necessary for foaming. In this type of apparatus, when the forming work is finished and the raw material supply to the chamber is stopped, the inner wall of the chamber, the orifice b,
The mixed liquid adheres to the rotor c and the like. If the mixed liquid is left to stand as it is, the mixed liquid foams and hardens and sticks, resulting in the inability to supply the raw material and the inability to rotate the rotor. . Therefore, in the conventional apparatus, the nozzle d is provided on the upper wall of the chamber, and the nozzle d is immediately provided after the molding work is completed.
Alcohol having a function of dissolving the mixed solution is injected into the chamber, and the rotor is rotated to wash the mixed solution.

The top wall, corners, and orifices of the product are not sufficiently cleaned or not cleaned at all, and the mixed liquid remains as it is, and the foamed cured material is often accumulated and the orifice is clogged. It took me a long time to melt and start the next operation.

It is further discharged so that a dead space where the cleaning liquid does not reach does not occur in the upper part of the chamber.

Reference numeral 1 is a flange tubular mixing chamber, 2 is a housing fixed on the flange portion, and a plurality of flow paths 3 that bend downwardly from the peripheral surface in an elbow shape are symmetrically arranged in the housing at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. The flow path changing jig 4 formed in a fixed shape is fixed, and each flow path formed on the peripheral surface of the jig has its inlet connected to the orifice without any step, the cross-sectional area gradually increases, and the outlet bends in a concave shape. Of the cleaning liquid supply line 12 and the valve holder 6 is connected to each orifice by the orifice holder 7 and extends radially. The raw material is supplied to the orifice holder 7. A supply port 9 connected to the line 8 is formed in the radial direction, and a valve 11 is provided in the valve holder 6, and the valve 11 is always closed so that the raw material enters the cleaning liquid supply line 12. Cleaning liquid supply line 12 to the cleaning liquid after together has thus not stopping the supply of the raw material
When it is injected through, the pressure is opened so that the cleaning liquid flows into the orifice 5, is discharged downward from the flow path 3 of the jig 4, and hits the rotor 14 which is rotationally driven by the drive shaft 13. . Then, the cleaning liquid injected from the cleaning liquid supply line cleans the orifice holder 7, the orifice 5, the flow path 3 of the jig 4, the inner wall of the chamber 1, the rotor 14, etc., which form a part of the raw material supply line.

A guide flow path is provided in which the step area gradually expands continuously without any step, and the outlet opening that expands downward in the flow path is opened on the curved jig lower surface. It is formed smoothly without any steps, and since there are no steps or corners, the cleaning liquid does not adhere to and remain in the guide flow path or the connection part with the orifice. Because of the expansion, the cleaning liquid diffuses from the outlet, the dead space where the cleaning liquid does not reach the upper part of the chamber does not occur, the cleaning can be performed reliably, and the lower surface of the jig in which the guide channel is formed is curved. In addition, the cleaning liquid does not easily adhere, and even if it adheres, it has the effect of not falling down along the curved surface and remaining.
