(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in the conventional structure in which the heat insulating layer is formed on the inside, the steel frame is in a state of being immediately condensed when it is cooled by the outside air and touched with warm and moist air. Moreover, the heat-insulating airtight layer has a problem in that there are many break points in fine parts such as partitions, columns, joints, and holes in the inner wall due to equipment. Therefore, in reality, the amount of ventilation inside the attic, under the floor, and inside the walls was increased to prevent dew condensation in each part, but on the contrary, there are many problems such as a large loss of heat in the room due to ventilation. It was

(1) Not only the airtight layer is formed on the entire steel frame body provided with the wall body and the roof structure, but also the heat insulating material is arranged over the entire rising portion of the cloth foundation on which the steel frame body is mounted, In addition, since the inside of the cloth foundation is filled with earth, concrete is placed on the surface, and floor material is pasted on the surface of the concrete, there is no intrusion of cold air from the floor and the airtightness of the entire building is perfect. Therefore, there is little heat loss, and everything inside the heat insulating material has a heat capacity, which works to stabilize the room temperature.

(2) By forming the airtight layer on the outer side of the steel frame assembly and disposing the heat insulating material on the cloth foundation portion, the steel frame portion is not cooled by the cold air, and thus heat is a weak point of the steel frame structure. There is no risk of bridging or condensation, and a larger heat capacity can be obtained. In addition, since the airtight layer is composed only of the outer peripheral surface of the body, it can be easily installed and made highly airtight, and since the steel frame does not come into contact with the outside air, it is the same condition as in the room, such as corrosion and rust. There is no fear and it has excellent durability. Further, by providing high heat insulation and airtightness, the number of members constituting the wall body is increased and the sound insulation performance is greatly improved.
