Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本発明は、潤滑剤に関するもので、更に詳しくは主とし
て性交時の潤滑性及び腟の乾燥防止をする水溶性潤滑剤
である。

〈従来の技術及び課題〉 従来此種のものでは、シリコンオイルが主流をなすもの
があり、これはサラサラしており、ねばっこさがなく、
満足出来るものではなかった。

また、水溶性潤滑剤としてポリエチレングリコール，白
糖，ゼラチン，パラオキシ安息香酸ブチル，精製水を成
分とするものがあるが、これはねばっこさ及びぬるぬる
した感じにやや劣るものであった。

〈課題を解決する手段〉 本発明はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、
その手段はポリアクリルアミドを主成分とし、グリセリ
ンおよびビタミンＥ（dl−α−トコフェロール）を添加
して潤滑剤を得たのである。

〈作用〉 ポリアクリルアミドを使用することにより、いっそう潤
滑性を増し、グリセリンにより、潤滑剤の保湿性を増
し、皮膚に対しても潤滑作用がある。又、ビタミンＥ
（dl−α−トコフェロール）によって酸化防止効果とと
もに生殖線に対する賦活作用及び人体粘膜の保護作用が
ある。

〈実施例〉 本発明の実施例について説明すると、防腐剤としての作
用をもつ粉状のメチルパラベンおよび粒状をこまかく粒
状につぶしたプロピルパラベンとビタミンＥを溶解せし
めたグリセリンを水にポリアクリルアミドを加えながら
攪拌して溶解させたものに混合攪拌する。

水は精製水を用いポリアクリルアミドを溶解するための
ものであり水分量は全体の70〜90％で主成分となる。

ポリアクリルアミドはアクリルアミド（モノマー）を原
料とするノニオン系の高分子凝集剤であり、溶液粘度は
その濃度を変えることにより、変化させることが出来、
1.0〜3.0％程度を添加する。

グリセリンは比種の技術分野で周知のものであり、10〜
30％添加し、防腐剤としてメチルパラベン0.05〜0.10
％，プロピルパラベン0.01〜0.03％、酸化防止及び粘膜
保護としてビタミンE0.05〜0.10％を添加せしめる。

次に具体的実施の態様を示すと、 精製水 82.35 ポリアクリルアミド ※１） 2.5 グリセリン 15.0 メチルパラベン 0.075 プロピルパラベン 0.025 ビタミンＥ（dl−α−トコフェロール） 0.5 ※１）三井サイアナミッド（株）製アコフロックＮ−10
0SL 先ず精製水に少しづつポリアクリルアミドを加えながら
20〜30分攪拌し溶解せしめる。次に、65〜70℃の浴槽に
ひたしたグリセリンに、粒状のプロピルパラベンをこま
かく粉状につぶしたものと、粉状のメチルパラベンを少
しづつ加えながら約20分撹拌し、次にビタミンＥを加え
約20分攪拌する。これを先のポリアクリルアミドが溶解
せる精製水に少しづつ加えながら混合攪拌する。攪拌時
に気泡が出るため１晩常温で放置する。無色透明な粘度
が21000CP、pHが7.0の溶液であった。

に気泡が出るため１晩常温で放置する。無色透明な粘度
が21000CP、pHが7.0の溶液であった。
〈効果〉 本発明は、ポリアクリルアミドを使用し、ねばりを増す
と共に、グリセリンにより湿潤性を高め、より、すぐれ
た潤滑効果を示す。又、ビタミンＥ（dl−α−トコフェ
ロール）により生殖線作用を賦活させ人体粘膜を保護す
る作用があり、経時変化も少なく、しかも臭いや毒性な
ど無いため皮膚を刺激することもなく安定であり、潤滑
剤としてすぐれたものを提供することが出来る。

剤としてすぐれたものを提供することが出来る。
