【目的】 本考案は、床面に接する側の表底のアウトソ
ール部の素材に合成ゴムを採用して、従来の発泡ポリウ
レタン製アウトソール部の靴では耐えることのできなか
つた作業環境、即ち、高熱作業現場、金属の切屑散乱現
場、酸やアルカリ薬品の漏洩現場等でも十分使用に耐え
る靴の構造を提供することである。 【構成】表底のミッドソール部と甲革外表面を発泡ポリ
ウレタン等の樹脂で一体的成形し、表底のアウトソール
部を合成ゴム材で成形したことを特徴としている

【０００１】
本考案は、表底のミッドソール部と甲革外表面を発泡ポリウレタン等の樹脂で 成形し、表底のアウトソール部に合成ゴム材を用いてなる二層底の靴の構造に関 する。
【０００２】
従来、表底と甲革表面を覆う部分を同一樹脂層で形成したものや、甲革表面を 覆う部分と表底のミッドソール部に発泡ポリウレタン等の同一樹脂を用い、アウ トソール部に発泡倍率や色を変えた同材質または異材質の樹脂を採用して表底を 二層構造に形成した形式のもの等があった。

従来の技術では、表底アウトソール部に発泡ポリウレタン等の樹脂を採用した 場合、発泡ポリウレタンの素材の特性上、合成ゴムに比べて、耐熱、耐金属切屑 、耐酸、耐アルカリ等に弱く、高熱作業現場、金属の切屑散乱現場、薬品の漏洩 現場などの作業環境下では使用しにくい状況があった。 本考案は、かかる環境下においても使用可能な靴の構造を提供しようとするも のである。

このため本考案では、表底のミッドソール部と甲革外表面を発泡ポリウレタン 等の樹脂で一体的に成形し、表底のアウトソール部を合成ゴム材で成形したこと を特徴とする靴の構造をもって、課題解決のための手段とするものである。

本考案は表底のアウトソール部に、耐熱、耐金属切屑、耐酸、耐アルカリ等に 有効なＮＢＲ（ニトリル・ブタジエンゴム）やＳＢＲ（スチレン・ブタジエンゴ ム）等の合成ゴムを用いたため、靴の表底のアウトソール部の機能を向上させ、 耐環境性が増強されることになった。

以下、本考案を図面に基づいて説明する。図１は本考案の側面図、図２は前図 のＡ−Ａ線断面図である。 図において符号１は甲革、２は中底、３は樹脂層で形成された甲被、４はミッ ドソール部、５はアウトソール部である。 甲革１の外表面の一部又は全面を数ｍｍの厚さの発泡ポリウレタン樹脂等の樹 脂層で覆うことにより、甲被３を密着形成し、中底２の下面にはこの甲被３と一 体的で、甲被の厚さの２〜３倍程度の厚さからなる表底のミッドソール部４を形 成する。
【０００７】 ついで、ミッドソール部４の下面に合成ゴムで形成したアウトソール部５を、 ミッドソール部の厚さ寸法よりも厚くなるよう、接着剤や溶剤などを用いて接着 して本考案を完成させる。 本考案の、アウトソール部５に使用する合成ゴムとしては、ＮＢＲ（ニトリル ・ブタジエンゴム）やＳＢＲ（スチレン・ブタジエンゴム）等が適当である。 このような合成ゴムを使用することにより、厳しい環境下で使用される作業靴 等の構造として丈夫で履き心地の良い靴が得られる。

よって、本考案によれば、床面に接する側の表底のアウトソール部の素材に合 成ゴムを採用したので、従来の発泡ポリウレタン製アウトソール部の靴では耐え ることのできなかった作業環境、即ち、高熱作業現場、金属の切屑散乱現場、酸 やアルカリ薬品の漏洩現場等でも十分使用に耐える効果がある。 さらに、甲被は発泡ポリウレタン樹脂の樹脂層で形成されているので、甲被の 耐摩耗性に優れ、甲被と表底のミッドソール部とは同一素材で一体的に形成され ているので、油や雨水の浸入を防止する効果があり、靴の形成が効率的となり、 かつミッドソール部を発泡体で形成したため踵の衝撃吸収性が向上する等の優れ た効果がある。
