The film is rolled, but the film serves to protect the sheets from sticking to each other and blocking from occurring. In using the product,
While heating and melting the film with a torch burner, the lower surface of the asphalt sheet surface is heated and melted, and the molten asphalt surface is bonded to the base,
Asphalt sheets are adhered to each other for waterproofing.

Even if the work of applying the burner is performed without heating, since each part of the film is heated only for a short time by the scanning burner, it is practically impossible to heat and melt the entire surface, and the unmelted part is usually found in various places. Occurs irregularly over a relatively wide area, so the asphalt on the bottom surface is not heated and melted, but is adhered to the base surface through the unmelted film surface. There is an inconvenience that can not be obtained. Therefore, the mutual adhesion of the lap portions of the waterproof sheet cannot be achieved due to the residual unmelted film surface portion, and so-called "water gap" is often generated. It may not be able to fulfill its purpose.

In addition to the deterioration, it is inevitable that the work efficiency is lowered, the consumption of propane gas is increased, and the fuel consumption is increased, which is uneconomical.

It is more difficult than the above and causes an increase in the residual amount of the unmelted film. Moreover, in this device, the film must be heated and melted so that the embossed shape of the asphalt sheet is left,
The film of the lattice-shaped concave portions between the convex portions is more difficult to receive the heat of the burner, and the unmelted film tends to remain.
Moreover, the problem of "water edge" has not been solved by bonding the wrap portions between the asphalt sheets having the embossed surface.

Provided is a waterproof sheet for a torch construction method, which brings about full-surface adhesion to a waterproof sheet and can solve the problem of water flow in a wrap portion of an asphalt sheet. A synthetic resin film for adhesion prevention is provided on at least one side of an asphalt sheet. In a waterproof sheet for a torch method, which is formed by adhering a plurality of continuous cuts, a large number of continuous cuts are provided over the entire surface of the film with a small clearance, and a large number of continuous cuts are used instead of the large number of continuous cuts. Alternatively, discontinuous cuts may be provided to divide the entire surface of the film into a large number of small area film portions.

These small area film portions are melted and shrunk by heating the torch burner to become spots or unmelted heat-shrinked spots. As described above, these small area film portions are instantly turned into dots when heated by the burner in both cases of melting and non-melting, so that the asphalt sheet surface of each lower surface is exposed and the exposure by the burner is performed. The surface is surely melted by heating, and at the same time, the melted or shrunk film is a granular material, so that it easily penetrates into the melting surface of the asphalt. Further, during this period, the unmelted dot-like material is heated by the molten asphalt to become the dot-like melted material. Thus, the entire surface of the sheet becomes the asphalt melting surface,
Full adhesion to the underground surface or the waterproof sheet surface can be obtained. Therefore, the adjacent lap surfaces of the waterproof asphalt sheet can also have good adhesion without water stains. In this case, since the small area film portion is formed into a division completely or incompletely surrounded by continuous or discontinuous cuts, a contraction action starts from the cuts. Further, in this case, since the small area film portion is formed in the division surrounded by the notches, the contraction action starts from the notches. In this case, by setting the area within the range of about 25 to 900 mm 2 , the heat-melting by the burner or the contraction in the unmelting is surely performed, and the asphalt melting of the lower surface thereof is facilitated and the granules easily crushed in the molten asphalt It is preferable because it easily becomes a product.

Since the two surfaces of the film are preliminarily divided into a large number of small area film portions 2a, 2a, ... By the large number of vertical and horizontal lattice cuts 3,3 ,. When the portion 2a is heated and melted by the heat of the burner, the portion 2a melts and shrinks to become a point substance, and even when it is not melted, the heat instantly shrinks toward the center of the surface from the notch of the periphery as a starting point. Since it becomes a dot-like material, the asphalt 1 surface underneath is exposed by such dot-like contraction, immediately immediately receives the flame of the burner directly and is easily melted, and at the same time, the resin that has been melt-contracted or heat-contracted into the dot-like shape. That molten asph Easily enters the belt,
Burner fumes encourage this. On the other hand, the unmelted film dots become a dot melt due to the molten asphalt. After all, since the entire surface of the waterproof asphalt sheet becomes the heating and melting surface of the asphalt, the adhesion work to the base is well performed over the entire surface. Therefore, in the lap portions of the adjacent asphalt sheets, the opposite surfaces to be adhered are also heated and melted asphalt surface over the entire surface by heating with the burner, so that water channels are formed by mutual pressure bonding. Good overall adhesion can be obtained. Further, an appropriate waterproof sheet is polymerized and adhered to the upper surface of the waterproof asphalt sheet 2 stuck to the base in this way, and the film 2 on the upper surface thereof has a large number of small surface areas due to the notches 3 of the present invention as described above. Film 2 divided into film parts 2a, 2a, ...
Therefore, when the heating and melting work is performed with a burner at a normal speed, all the small area film portions 2a, 2a, ... shrink in a dot shape and easily mix into the molten asphalt, as described above. As a result, full adhesion with the polymerized waterproof sheet on the upper surface can be obtained, and even if the entire surface of the film is uniformly heated by the burner as in the conventional case, the relatively large area of the unmelted film surface is the surface of the asphalt sheet. Since it remains in various places, the inconvenience of not being able to obtain sufficient adhesive and waterproof construction with the ground surface or other waterproof sheets is solved, and waterproof construction by the torch construction method is performed easily and quickly without deterioration due to excessive heating of asphalt. be able to.

As can be understood from the action of the film 2 divided into 2a, 2a, ..., the linear cuts 3 extending over the entire length and width of the film 2 have no reason to be limited to a straight line, and also have regular intervals. It is not necessary to cut with, and it may be a corrugated, zigzag, or other curved or bent line of an appropriate shape, and therefore, the shape of the facet area film portion 2a divided by this is in addition to the above square, The object of the present invention can be achieved by a triangular shape, another square shape, a circular shape, an oval shape, or any other irregular shape. In this case, it is preferable that the interval between the lines is 30 mm or less, and the facet area surrounded by the lines is about 900 mm 2 or less.

Starting from each of the small area film portion 2a, similarly to the above-described embodiment, shrinks pointwise in a molten or unmelted state by heat, in the case of unmelted, the film portion between the cut 3,3 Since the contraction force causes tearing of the particles and eventually disperses them into a large number of dots, the dots are easily buried in the asphalt heated and melted by the burner and do not remain on the surface at all. Furthermore, the unmelted point material buried in the asphalt is further melted by the heat of the molten asphalt, and is almost integrated with the asphalt without retaining its original shape. Thus, the film 2 surface disappears from the entire surface of the waterproof sheet by heating with the burner, and the entire surface of the waterproof sheet changes to the hot-melt asphalt surface of the asphalt sheet 1.

In the production of the waterproof sheet of the present invention, when forming discontinuous or continuous cuts of the above-mentioned various shapes and patterns on the entire surface of the film attached to the surface of the asphalt sheet, it is arranged accordingly. A cut forming substrate provided with a cutting cutting blade or a perforation cutting needle provided, is performed by cutting into the film surface attached to the entire surface of the asphalt sheet, where the blade or needle is At least only the film may be penetrated, but as shown in the drawing, it is common to make a cut so as to slightly bite into the surface of the asphalt sheet 1 on the lower surface thereof. While the incision can be reliably made, the surface of the asphalt sheet 1 has linear or dot-like markings, so heating and melting of asphalt by heating and melting is further improved. It can be carried out easily.

す。As described above, according to the present invention, in a waterproof sheet for a torch construction method in which a synthetic resin film for sticking prevention is stuck on at least one side of an asphalt sheet, a large number of cuts are provided on the entire surface of the film. As a result, a waterproof sheet for the torch method is formed by dividing the entire surface of the film into a large number of small area film parts. It brings about the effect that the handling can be done smoothly. Further, during waterproofing, when the surface of the waterproof sheet is heated and melted by the torch burner, these small area film portions on the entire surface of the film are instantly made into dots by the burner as the starting point. While allowing the asphalt on the lower surface to be heated and melted by the burner, these dots are mixed with the heated and melted asphalt, and the entire surface becomes a heated and melted asphalt surface. There is an effect that the entire surface can be adhered to the sheet, and the entire lap portion between the waterproof asphalt sheets can be adhered. Moreover, since the scanning speed by the burner is sufficient as the normal scanning speed, there is no heat deterioration of the asphalt,
The desired waterproofing construction by the torch construction method can be performed sufficiently, and the above-mentioned conventional inconvenience can be eliminated.
