A plastic mat is laid on the top of the tread. Usually, this type tread is fastened and fixed to the side plates at both ends with bolts, etc., and as shown in FIG. 6, the front side and the back side of adjacent treads 1 are connected to bear the load applied to the center of the tread. It is proposed to dispose the riser plate 2 through the insert groove of the plastic mat. However,
If the structural strength of the tread 1 is weakened by repeated use, there is a problem that the riser easily comes off from the insertion groove. Therefore, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-78935, a clip is used to bite into and fix the insertion groove of a riser plate, but a plastic tread plate with a steel plate core plate cannot have a large plastic layer thickness. Therefore, the method of fixing the riser through the clip cannot be adopted. Further, the use of the clip is not only time-consuming, but also has a weak fixing force and cannot be reused once it is removed.

要旨とする階段の構造にある。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has a plastic stair tread having a steel plate core, which is integrally formed with a downward bent portion and an upward bent portion on the back side. An insertion groove that fits the upper end of the insert plate is formed, and an insert groove that fits the lower end of the riser plate is formed in the back side bent portion, and a plurality of cutout holes are provided on the back surface of the back side bent portion, On the rear surface of the lower end of the riser plate, there is an engaging protrusion that fits into each notch hole upwards and with a slight clearance downwards. With the lower end of the insert plate fitted, the notch holes and the engaging projections are engaged, and the upper end of the riser plate is fitted into the insert groove of the front side bent portion of the step plate at the upper end. Stepping plate at both ends via mounting flanges In the structure of the stairs and summarized in that the fastening fixed to the plate.

易く外れにくい。(Operation) According to the present invention, since the bent portions are formed on the front side and the rear side of the tread plate, it is possible to form the insertion groove sufficient for fitting the tread plate, and at the same time, the tread plate and the tread plate. Since the inner side groove is fitted and fixed by the unevenness, it is easy to insert and difficult to remove.

That is, the steel plate core material 11 is housed in a mold (not shown) and sandwiched with thermoplastic resin 12 from the upper and lower surfaces to form the core material. As shown in FIG. 2, the steel sheet core material 11 has its back end bent at an upper right angle and its front end bent at a lower right angle, and further has bolt insertion holes near both left and right ends of a longitudinally extending sectional recess. Is formed, and the upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate core material 11 are covered with the thermoplastic resin 12 with the bolt B inserted therein. The upper surface 12a covers the head of the bolt and is flush with the upper surface, and a non-slip wavy portion 13 is formed at the front end. In addition, the bent portion 14 at the front end projects downward, and the downwardly extending groove 16 is formed by the ridge 15 extending in the longitudinal direction behind the bent portion 14, while the slightly bent insertion groove 18 is formed at the back bent portion 17. Has been done. This insert groove
18 is divided into four in the longitudinal direction (see FIG. 5), a notch opening 19 is formed in each central portion, and the upper side 19a of the opening is inclined upward (see FIG. 3).

The insertion force into 19 is small (see Fig. 4 (a)), but the removal force is large (see Fig. 4 (b)), and this lower end 21 is inserted into the insertion groove 18. At the same time as inserting and fitting, the upper end 23 is inserted into the downward groove 16 to be assembled. Therefore, although the assembling is easy, the riser plate 2 is prevented from coming off and noise can be prevented. Also,
In the above structure, since both ends of the tread are fixed to the side plates 3, the deflection of the tread due to the load is concentrated in the central portion, but since the riser 2 bears a part of this load, the strength of the tread is reduced. Will be improved.

A plastic with a steel plate core material inside, which forms a bent portion at an end that is substantially perpendicular to the surface of the tread plate and has a groove for insertion, and the lower end of the riser plate and the groove on the back side of the tread plate are fitted and fixed to each other by unevenness. Even with a tread plate, the bent part can be formed on the front side and the back side of the tread plate to form an insertion groove sufficient for fitting the riser plate, and at the same time, the riser plate and the tread plate rear side groove are fitted by unevenness. Since they are firmly fixed together, they are easy to insert but difficult to remove, so assembly is easy and detachment of the riser plate can be prevented. Moreover, since the load applied to the tread plate through the riser plate is borne, the strength of the load can be improved.
