【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 上部に切りくず投入用の開放部分を有す
る容器内に、駆動手段により駆動されて回転する軸体を
装備し、この軸体の中間部とこれに対応する箇所の容器
内壁とに切りくず破砕部を設け、容器の下部に破砕物排
出孔を設けるとともに、上記切りくず破砕部の両側にお
ける軸体の周面に、軸体の回転につれて軸端側から切り
くず破砕部側へ向けて切りくずを送るスクリュー翼を形
成した切りくず減容装置において、上記スクリュー翼
に、切り込み溝からなる切りくず噛込み部を形成したこ
とを特徴とする切りくず減容装置。
