と相対的に離間可能な該下型の上方に配設された中型
を、該下型と型合わせし、該下型の上面に載置された該
未加硫ゴムシートの大半を該中型の該筒部に押圧供給す
る工程と;該中型の上方に該中型及び該下型に対して相
対的に離間可能に配設された該上型を実質的に該下型に
対して型閉めして、該上型の下面から下方に突出した該
有底筒体の内面を形成する複数個の芯体を該中型の該筒
部に嵌入し、該筒部と該芯体との間隙キャビティに該中
型の該筒部に供給された該未加硫ゴムシートの大半を該
芯体で圧迫して充填し、有底筒体が該多数個の区画溝に
応じて形成された区画山を介してシート状のバリゴムで
互いに連結された連結成形品に加硫成形する工程と;該
連結成形品の該有底筒体を該シート状のバリゴムから引
きちぎる工程とからなることを特徴とするゴム製の有底
筒体の製法。
