ば135度以上とするのが望ましい。上記面取りは、図
3のように拡開部分1aの周縁のみでなく、切欠き2の
底を形成する部分に2aの如く形成してもよい。上記面
取り1c及び2aを施した後、図5に示すように、プレ
ス加工にて前記拡開部分1aを引起し、内面1bがほぼ
所定径(仕上げ内径よりやや小径)となるよう成形して
切欠き2を有する円筒状部分3を形成する。最後に該円
筒状部分3の内径を切削加工するが、このとき前記バリ
