大きな半径Rの円弧となるよう成形する(従って、円筒
部材1の肉圧は上記切削代sを考慮したものとするのが
望ましい)。最後に該円筒状部分3の内側4を切削加工
すれば、図4に示すように切削面5をもつ製品が得られ
るが、このとき切削面5の接線と、円筒状部分3の内面
4の接線のなす角度θは、135°以上となるので、前

する円筒状部分を形成し、該部分の内径等を切削するに
際し、これらの一連の工程の中においてバリの発生を防
ぐ予備成形を行うことにより、多くの人手と時間がかか
る円筒状部分形成後の面取りやバリ取り等の手作業をな
