2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a lighting device such as a fluorescent lamp (hereinafter referred to as a fluorescent lamp device) is installed close to or embedded in a ceiling or a wall surface of a room to be illuminated, except for a special case. The light emitted to the side opposite to the illuminated object is wasted. With a fixed wattage fluorescent light,
As a conventional technique for effectively using the emitted light to increase the effective luminance and increase the illuminance of an object to be illuminated, at least the lamp body mounting surface of the fluorescent lamp fixture is formed of a highly reflective material such as a stainless polished product. Also, there is known one in which a shade-shaped reflecting plate made of a material having a high reflectance is fixedly added.

An example of the existing fluorescent lamp fixture to which the above-mentioned umbrella-shaped reflector is attached to effectively utilize the radiated light of the fluorescent lamp is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 64-10905. In the invention disclosed in the above publication, a reflecting flat plate made of a flexible material is curved along the axial direction of a straight tube fluorescent lamp, and a part of the outer circumference of the fluorescent lamp tube is extended to a holding portion that elastically holds. The curved portion is held by holding the side edge of the reflecting flat plate parallel to the fluorescent lamp axis by the engaging portion of the clip having engaging claws formed at the tips of the pair of arm portions.

Further, the embedded fluorescent lamp fixture is one in which an opening is provided in a mounting surface such as a ceiling plate, and the appliance main body is embedded in this opening so that the fluorescent lamp fixture does not largely project from the mounting surface. Is.

In the above-mentioned conventional technique, the fluorescent lamp fixture itself is made of a stainless abrasive material,
The one to which the umbrella-shaped reflector is attached is difficult to process and the number of parts increases. In addition, in the case of attaching a reflector to an existing fluorescent light fixture, the shape and structure of the fluorescent light fixture, the positions of the mounting screws and sockets, or the distance between the fluorescent light fixture and the lamp body differ depending on the manufacturer. It is necessary to create a reflector mounting structure suitable for lighting fixtures.

Further, there is a problem that cleaning work is difficult when the reflecting plate is soiled due to adhesion of dust or smoke. And
This type of reflective equipment and reflector is expensive because it requires a manufacturing process such as mirror surface processing when the material is stainless steel and a protective film coating process after mirror surface processing by chemical polishing when it is aluminum. Moreover, it is extremely difficult to provide an optical flat surface, and even a slight decrease in flatness significantly deteriorates the reflection characteristics, resulting in a marked deterioration in appearance.

In the reflector disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 64-10905, the reflector made of a flexible material is curved at right angles to the axial direction of the straight fluorescent lamp tube, and the reflector is outside the fluorescent lamp. The clip is attached to the circumference to fix the side edge of the reflection plate by fixing the side edge of the reflection plate, but the curvature of the reflection plate is fixed and the side edge is dotted. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the curved surface will be kept uniform, and there will be a constant distortion in the curved surface at least at the above-mentioned fixed point, and the reflection will not be uniform.

If the reflecting plate is made of a material having a shape self-holding property such as a metal plate, the curvature can be held without using the locking claws, and the locking claws serve as a function of securing the position of the reflecting plate. However, since a reflector such as a metal plate has a large weight, it is necessary to separately provide some auxiliary supporting means in order to increase the strength of the clip and to avoid damage to the tubular body.

In order to avoid this, if the reflecting plate is made of a lightweight material, it becomes difficult to keep the side edge portions of the reflecting plate other than the locking claw portions in a straight state. If this side edge portion is not held straight, it causes irregular distortion on the reflecting surface, and the emitted light of the fluorescent lamp is not uniformly reflected, so that the function as a reflector is deteriorated. In addition, in most conventional embedded fluorescent lamps, in order to give the fluorescent lamp itself a light reflecting function, the main body is composed of a white-painted steel plate. Then, only about 10 to 15% of the light emitted to the device body side is reflected as effective light.

When the above-mentioned coating color is chromatic in order to provide a decorative effect, the reflection efficiency is further lowered, so that the present fluorescent lamp fixture main body is limited to almost white. In this way, the shape of the fluorescent lamp fixture and its light source has many decorative elements, and when viewed as a light source with an effective spread including the reflector having the above-mentioned irregular distortion, It was difficult to obtain a decorative effect by making the color look chromatic and improving the brightness.

The curved surface is held by the rigidity of the resin film forming the reflector main body and forms a distortion-free reflecting surface. Then, the reflection plate is attached by a structure in which the permanent magnet fixed to the edge member is attracted to a connecting plate portion connecting the embedded fluorescent lamp fixture body and the frame-shaped portion, or a member fixed near the connecting plate portion. By using a structure that fits the stop piece or a structure that fits in the groove that is integrally formed in the connecting plate part, when it is necessary to install, break down, inspect, clean or repair the fluorescent light fixture or fluorescent light tube. , It is extremely easy to attach and detach the reflector, and by using this reflector to cover most of the area on the back surface of the fluorescent tube with the reflector, the light emitted from the fluorescent tube can be effectively used. In addition to being able to construct a large-area light-brightness light source, if the resin base material that makes up the reflector body is chromatic, it is possible to obtain a decorative effect without impairing the brightness and without causing distortion of the reflecting surface. Existing effect fluorescence can be improved It is excellent except for the problem of the prior art that it can be installed in a device to effectively expand the area of the light source and effectively use the emitted light from the fluorescent lamp tube to make a high-brightness light source. A lighting device having a function can be provided.

1. An embedded fluorescent lamp fixture main body comprising a frame-shaped portion, a connecting plate portion, and a component storage portion, which is fixed to the inner edge portion of an opening formed in a mounting surface of a ceiling plate or the like by the frame-shaped portion. In the embedded fluorescent lamp fixture, the embedded fluorescent lamp fixture main body and the fluorescent lamp tube have a fluorescent lamp tube body installed so as to be exposed from the embedded fluorescent lamp fixture body to the mounting surface side. A reflector plate body made of a flexible resin thin plate that forms a reflecting surface curved in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the fluorescent lamp tube between the body and the longitudinal direction of the fluorescent lamp tube of the reflector plate body. Edge members fixed along the entire length of both edges parallel to and the longitudinal direction of each edge member so as to be attracted to the connecting plate portion.
A fixed portion formed of one or a plurality of permanent magnet plates, the reflecting plate being in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the fluorescent lamp tube.
The permanent magnet plate to the connecting plate part in a curved state.
Adsorb and attach the curved shape of the reflecting surface to the connecting plate portion.
To be maintained only by the attractive force of the permanent magnet plate.
A characteristic embedded fluorescent lamp fixture.

2. A colorless or colored heat-resistant and flexible transparent resin film substrate, a light-reflecting material layer deposited on one surface of the transparent resin film substrate, and a coating on the light-reflecting material layer. And a protective plate, which has a substantially rectangular shape and forms a reflecting surface curved in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the fluorescent lamp body, and the longitudinal direction of the fluorescent lamp body of the reflector body. Fixed along the entire length of both edges parallel to
And the stick-shaped edge material , which is attached along the longitudinal direction of the edge material.
One or more permanent magnet plate or <br/> reflector, characterized by being configured and a locking portion having either a permanent magnet blocks.
