られているため、中間ストラップ用鋳型よりその容積が
大きくなり、溶鉛の注入時間が長くかかるものであっ
た。そのため端子ストラップ用鋳型の湯口巾を中間スト
ラップ用鋳型の湯口巾より広口にして溶鉛を注入する所
要時間をほぼ同一にしているものであるが、これに伴っ
て不必要な部分まで鉛を供給するため鉛量が増大しコス
ト高になるものであった。

うる端子ストラップ用鋳型を開発したものである。

を有する溶鉛流入口を経てストラップを形成する部分に
注入されるのであるが、該溶鉛は前記の如き流れ方をす
るため該溶鉛流入口を中間ストラップ用鋳型の湯口巾と
ほぼ同一に狭少にせしめても何等問題を生ずることなく
端子ストラップ用鋳型を中間ストラップ用鋳型とはほぼ
同時に溶鉛を注入しストラップをうることが出来る。
