【０００１】
本考案の殺菌水製造装置は医療、理容、美容、動物等の治療や、バイオ並びに培 養具等、の消毒液、更には、うがい洗滌液として使用する殺菌水を簡単容易に小 規模に便利に製造する小型殺菌水製造装置に関するものである。
【０００２】
従来の医療分野、組織培養分野に於ける殺菌液はアルコホール、過酸化水素、ク レゾール、石炭酸、次亜塩素酸ソーダ、等医薬品としての薬液を使用していた。 又水をオゾン等に依って殺菌水を製造する事が出来るが、製造装置が環境を汚染 することになり、診療室等で簡単に使用する事は適当でなかった。

本考案は主として、歯科診療室に於ける口腔内の、すすぎ水や、医療関係及び組 織培養関係の器具殺菌に使用するものであり、診療室や実験室等に於いて簡単な 台上に設置出来るよう考案したものであり、又本考案は小型コップ状容器内に水 を注ぎ本装置に設けられた紫外線殺菌灯の照射台上に置けば、紫外線殺菌灯が点 灯しコップ内の水を殺菌するものである。室内従事者は紫外線の被爆を避ける為 の保護ケースが設けてある。

図１、に置いて１、はコップ状容器であり、円筒状でも長方形でも良く、材質は ガラス製で紫外線の２５３．７ｎｍの波長を通す物であれば良い、４、は紫外線 殺菌灯で２、の紫外線殺菌透過ガラスの石英板照射台を介して設けられている。 ３、は被殺菌水であり５、は本器の操作部である。８、は安全スイッチで、１、 のコップ状容器を２、の石英板照射台上に置くと４、の紫外線殺菌灯が点灯する 様構成されている。７、は６、の従事者等を紫外線の爆露より保護する為の保護 ケースである。 歯科診療室等に於いて、１、の水を注いだコップを２、の石英盤照射台上に置け ば、８、の安全スイッチが自動的に入り、４、の紫外線殺菌灯が点灯され１、の コップ内の水に紫外線が照射され１０分乃至２０分間程度で３、の水は殺菌され た水となる。４、の紫外線殺菌灯は２、の照射台として設けられた紫外線透過石 英ガラスに依って、防水保護も為されている、更に１、のコップ状容器は一部に 銅、銀、等の金属を配置してもよい、是は銅イオン、銀イオンが水中に溶出し、 殺菌作用を高める為である、このように医師は基より従事者の安全管理が充分で 小型で、簡単に、容易に、安全に、何時でも使えるコップ状殺菌水製造装置であ る。

本考案のコップ状殺菌水製造装置は、小型にして、容易に、簡単に、安全に、殺 菌水を得る事が出来るので、治療現場の室内にて、口腔内等洗滌水として使用す れば、治療部の消毒、止血、うがい用に役立ち、更に院内汚染器具等の殺菌、洗 滌にも有効に使用することが出来た。 又組織培養等の際にも除菌プロセスにも有効であった。

歯科医療に於いて、口腔内洗滌水に使用した結果、従来の水道水に比べ、カルキ 臭が無く、治療部位の消毒にも役立ち止血も早く、更に、まろやかな水となり、 患者にも好評を得た。治癒時間も短縮された傾向にある。

歯科医療に於ける口腔内洗滌水は一般水道水が使用されているが、最近の院内感 染を考えるにあたり、治療室等にて簡単に、容易に、安全に、更に従事者の安全 と衛生管理の向上に、効果があった。
