【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、フォーム印刷機の、ファイルパンチと、横ミ
シンの、加工において、印刷縦サイズの、変更に伴うフ
ァァイル・パンチ・ホィールとギヤ、そして、横ミシン
・シリンダーの、交換を、不要にする装置に、関するも
のである。従来のフォーム印刷機は、ファイル・パンチ
の加工の時印刷縦サイズに、ホィールと、ギヤの周長
を、合わせて、制作した物を用意し、その都度、取り換
えていた。その後には、ホィールとギヤを、個々に取り
換えるのが面倒な為、それらの部品を、小フレームに組
み込んで、ユニット化にして、そっくり、交換する方法
が、主流に、なつてきた。しかし、どちらにせよ、大変
な事である。横ミシンの、加工にしても、横ミシン・シ
リンダーに、ギヤは、組み込まれて、セット化されてい
る物の、印刷縦サイズ毎に、横ミシン・シリンダーとギ
ヤを、制作してセット化し、各サイズ用意しなくてはな
らない。以上の様に、ファイル・パンチも、横ミシン
も、色々なサイズの物を、用意しなくてはならず、コス
トも、高く、又、取り換えも、大変であるし、保管もか
なりの場所と、錆などの、対策も必要となる。本発明
は、その欠点を除く為に、考案されたもので、これを、
図面について説明すれば
(イ)加工軸[この図の場合、横ミシン・シリンダー]
(1)の、ギヤ(2)に、ギヤ(5)を、噛み合わせ
る。
(ロ)ギヤ(5)に、ハーモニック(4)を、介し、ギ
ヤ(3)を、取り付け、横ミシン圧胴(15)の、ギヤ
(16)と、アイドルギヤ(18)とが、噛み合い、ア
イドルギヤ(18)と、ギヤ(3)を、噛み合わせて、
メイン駆動とする。
(ハ)ハーモニック(4)の、調整軸には、加工基準サ
イズより、変化する分に等しい、予め用意された、数種
類の交換ギヤ(6)を、取り付ける。
(ニ)交換ギヤ(6)に、アイドルギヤ(7)を、噛み
合わせる。そして、ギヤ(8)を、噛み合わせる。
(ホ)ギヤ(8)の軸に、スベリキーを取り付けて、ギ
ヤ(9)を、取り付けるが、軸方向に、スライドして、
ギヤ(10−1)、または、ギヤ(10−2)の一方
に、噛み合い、正転、逆転出来るようにしてある。
(ヘ)ギヤ(10−1)は、巾は広く、ゼネバドライブ
(11)の、出力軸に、取り付け、ギヤ(10−2)と
も噛む。ギヤ(10−2)も、巾は広く、又中央の削ら
れた特殊ギヤで、ギヤ(8)の、回転方向を変える。
(ト)ゼネバドライブ(11)の、入力軸には、印刷
縦サイズに等しい、予め用意してある交換ギヤ(12)
を取り付けて、印刷縦サイズの、タイミングをとる。
(チ)交換ギヤ(12)には、アイドルギヤ(13)が
噛み合い、アイドルギヤ(13)には、本機より、連動
された、ギヤ(14)が、噛み合い、駆動される。
本装置は、以上のような構成で、通常はメイン駆動で、
横ミシン・シリンダーは、紙と同じ周速で、回転する
が、ゼネバドライブの、出力軸は、印刷の縦サイズに、
一回だけ、ゼネバドライブの、分割分だけ、回転する。
そして、その時だけ、ハーモニックの、調整軸も、回転
して、横ミシン・シリンダーも、回転が、増減する。増
減の、量は、交換ギヤに、よって調整し、加工位置の、
タイミングを合わせる。ファイル・パンチの、加工は、
ハーモニック(4)の、ギヤ(5)より、ファイル・パ
ンチの、ブッシュ又は、ピン・ホィール軸の、どちらか

うに、交換ギヤ2枚で、多種類のサイズに、加工位置
を、合わせる事が出来、簡単且つ、低コストで、縦サイ
