Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案はタイル貼り構造に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のタイル貼り施工は、タイル下地材に塗ったモルタ
ルの上にタイル１枚々々貼り付けていく手間のかかるも
のであったが、このタイル貼り作業における施工手数を
簡略化して作業能率を向上させるため、近年ではタイル
下地材にタイル引掛け部を一体に成形して、該引掛け部
にタイルを嵌合して取付けてゆく方法が考えられてい
る。そして、この施工法では、タイルの上下左右に目地
モルタル充填用の間隙を確保した状態で該タイルをタイ
ル下地材に接着剤によって固定することが行なわれてい
る。
〔従来技術の問題点〕
しかしながら、上記タイル引掛け部を利用するタイル貼
り施工は、タイル自体の貼り付け作業を簡略化できて
も、タイル目地部に対するモルタル充填作業が簡略化さ
れていないので、いま一歩施工性に劣る問題があった。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
この考案は上記の問題点に鑑み，モルタル充填作業も大
幅に簡略化できると共に、タイル貼り面のデザイン性を
向上させることが可能なタイル貼り構造を提供すること
を目的としてなされたものである。
〔課題を解決するに至った技術〕
即ち、この考案のタイル貼り構造は、タイル下地材のタ
イル貼り側面に上下定間隔おきに横方向のタイル引掛け
部が突設され、この上下タイル引掛け部間にタイル横目
地用の凸部が形成されると共に、少なくとも該凸部が塗
装処理され、かつ上記タイル引掛け部にタイルが係合さ
れた状態で、そのタイル縦目地部に凸部に施された塗色
と同色のパッキン材が充填されてなることを特徴とする
ものである。
〔実施例〕
次に、この考案の実施例を説明する。
第１図はこの考案の実施例の斜視図、第２図は実施例の
施工状態の拡大斜視図、第３図は実施例の平断面図であ
る。
この考案のタイル貼り構造は、例えば無機質原料製のタ
イル下地材１において、そのタイル貼り側面に上下定間
隔おきに横方向のタイル引掛け部２…が突設されると共
に、上下のタイル引掛け部2,2間にタイル横目地用の凸
部３が形成され、かつ、少なくともこれら凸部３…が塗
装処理されており、このタイル下地材１に対して、タイ
ル４…をそれぞれのタイル引掛け部２…に横方向から嵌
合して取付けた状態で、各列のタイル4,4間の縦目地部
に、合成ゴム系等のパッキン材５が充填されてなる。こ
の場合、上記凸部３に対する塗装は、タイル４と同色の
染色であっても、また異なる塗色のものであってもよ
い。さらに上記パッキング材５は剥離紙付きの両面粘着
パッキン材が適しており、タイル形状（底目地分を考慮
した形状）に加工されていると共に、凸部３に施された
塗色と同色のものが使用される。
〔作用〕
この考案のタイル貼り構造によれば、タイル引掛け部２
に対する嵌合操作のみによって該タイル４の取付けが行
なえ、しかもその取付け状態では、タイル引掛け部2,2
間に位置する凸部３が上下列のタイル4,4の間の横目地
を埋めることになって、該横目地部へのモルタル充填作
業が不要となり、縦目地部に対する上記パッキン材５の
充填作業のみで目地処理が完了し、乾式施工でタイル貼
りが行なえる。また凸部３及びパッキン材５の塗色とタ
イル色とのコーディネイトによりタイル壁面のデザイン
を変化させることが可能になり、かつ、該コーディネイ
トのための目地部の色対応が簡単になる。
〔効果〕
以上の記載によって明らかなように、この考案によれ
ば、タイル横目地部の目地処理作業をなくすることによ
ってタイル貼り作業を大幅に簡略化して、施工能率を高
めることができると共に、タイル色と横目地部の色対応
とによってデザイン性に優れたタイル壁面が得られる等
の効果を有する。

  1. 【請求項１】タイル下地材のタイル貼り側面に上下定間
    隔おきに横方向のタイル引掛け部が突設され、この上下
    タイル引掛け部間にタイル横目地用の凸部が形成される
    と共に、少なくとも該凸部が塗装処理され、かつ上記タ
    イル引掛け部にタイルが係合された状態で、そのタイル
    縦目地部に凸部に施された塗色と同色のパッキン材が充
    填されてなることを特徴とするタイル貼り構造。
