【考案の詳細な説明】 ［技術分野］ 本考案は洗面化粧台用カウンター又は洗面所用カウンタ
ーに用いる人造大理石カウンターの構造の改良に関する

って、この樹脂混合物を成形型内に流し込んで自然硬化
又は必要に応じて加熱硬化したものである。この洗面カ
ウンター１′は比重が1.5〜２程度であり、しかも化粧
ビン等の洗面カウンター１′上への落下強度荷重による
剛性を考えて厚みが８〜20mmであるため洗面カウンター
１′の自重が重くなり１m2当たりの重量が20kg程度のも
のも少なくない。しかも第４図（ｂ）に示すように陶器
製の洗面ボール７′を洗面カウンター１′の裏面に取り
付けることもあり、この洗面ボール７′を含めた洗面カ
ウンター１′の自重で洗面カウンター１′に反りが発生
し各部分で変形等が発生するという欠点がある。このた
め第５図に示すように木桟、鉄、アルミ等の補強用の補
強材５で洗面カウンター１′の裏面より洗面カウンター
１′を補強するが、補強材５を洗面カウンター１′の裏
面に接着する場合に接着に手間がかかる事や、材料費が
高くつくなど経済的でなく、効果的な方法ではなかっ

下方向に突出した長さは前部エプロン２又はサイドエプ
ロン３の長さと略同一、あるいはそれに近い長さとす
る。そして洗面カウンター１の中央下部に洗面ボール７
を取り付ける。この洗面カウンター１の材質は不飽和ポ
リエステル樹脂に硬化剤、硬化促進剤を加え、さらに水
酸化アルミニウム、炭酸カルシウム、ガラス粉末等の充
填剤を加えて攪拌混合により混合した樹脂混合物であっ
て、この樹脂混合物を成形型内に流し込み自然硬化又は
必要に応じて加熱硬化させることにより洗面カウンター
１を成形したものである。このとき上記垂れ下がり部６
を洗面カウンター１成形時に一体成形により洗面カウン
ター１の背面部に設ける。また垂れ下がり部６の下方向
への長さは長ければ長いほど反り、変形の力に対して効
果があるが、垂れ下がり部６が前部エプロン２又はサイ
ドエプロン３よりも長い場合には垂れ下がり部６が目立
ってしまい外観が悪いので前部エプロン２又はサイドエ
プロン３と略同一の長さ、あるいは近い長さとする。な
お垂れ下がり部６の肉厚は特に制限がないが洗面カウン
ター１と同一素材の場合には5mm以上必要である。しか

所に設ける。この貫通孔８を介して木ねじ等の固着具10
を壁面11に螺入させて壁面と洗面カウンター１とを直接
固定する。この際垂れ下がり部６を直接壁面に固定する
のでこの固定にて洗面カウンター１の反り、変形を一層
防止できる。また垂れ下がり部６の貫通孔８を利用して
壁面に固定することにより、反りや変形を防止すると共
に洗面カウンター１のバックガード４及び垂れ下がり部
６が壁面と密着するので壁面とバックガード４及び垂れ
下がり部６との間の隙間が小さくなり水等が浸入しにく
くなり水じまいの点でも効果がある。さらに、バックガ
ード４及び垂れ下がり部６は洗面カウンター１と一体化
されているので、洗面カウンター１の加工の工数が少な
くて済み、経済的であり、また、垂れ下がり部６は前部
