Usually, it has 1 to 10, preferably 2 to 3 sensors (15) and one or more, preferably 2 light sources (16), and the drip tube is 20 ° to the vertical direction. It is possible to measure even with a slight tilt. When a plurality of sensors (15) and light sources (16) are arranged, it is desirable that they are arranged on the same plane. As the type of the sensor (15), it is preferable to use a phototransistor, a photodiode or the like. As the light source (16), it is preferable to use an infrared light emitting diode, a laser, or the like.

A comparison display is made to see if the flow rate is within a preset range.
The setting range of the flow rate is 10 to 1000 ml / h, and it is displayed that it is within ± 10% of this setting value. Even if the drip is abnormal (the drip flow rate is outside the set range, specifically, 1/2 or less or twice the target set value), the drop state (usually about 4 drops) The infusion is automatically stopped and a warning is given that the infusion is abnormal. As the alarm means, not only display means such as LED (light emitting diode), liquid crystal display, fluorescent display, but also sound means such as alarm, buzzer and chime are exemplified.

The solenoid valve main body (21) provided inside, penetrates through the opening (25) that is connected to the solenoid valve main body (21) and is perforated in the housing (24), and extends outward of the housing (24). It is composed of a hook-shaped member (22) that protrudes, and the hook-shaped member (22) is displaced in the outer / inward direction of the housing (24) (vertical direction in FIG. 2) by the operation of the solenoid valve body (21). To do. Before the drip is started, the tube (C) is hooked on the hook portion (23) of the hook-shaped member (22) or attached to the outer surface (26) of the housing (24) by, for example, the tension acting on the tube (C). Then, the tube (C) is interposed in the gap (27) between the hook portion (23) and the outer surface (26). In the drip flow rate control device of the present invention, the drip stopper (2) has a casing (2
Since it is provided in 4), there is no need to fix the drip stopper (2) to the pole when installing this device, and there is an effect that installation can be completed in a short time.

Further, when the planned drip infusion is completed, when the liquid runs out, or when the drip is abnormal, the situation is alerted by an alarm means such as sounding.

The closing means has a hook-shaped member penetrating the housing and displaceable inward / outward of the housing, and the drip tube is hooked on, for example, a hook of the hook-shaped member before the drip is started. Then, by interposing in the gap between the hook portion and the outer surface of the housing, in the event of an abnormal drip, the hook-shaped member is displaced inward of the housing, and the hook portion and the outer surface of the housing cause the drip infusion. The tube can be occluded and the drip can be stopped automatically.
