The solder melted at the same time as the flux becomes small particles and scatters and adheres to the periphery of the soldered portion. Therefore, it is known that in order to prevent the solder from scattering, it is effective to form a fine groove up to the flux in the solder wire.

Groove is inserted. Then, the solder wire after grooving is separated by the take-out pin whose tip portion is in contact with the groove of the grooved rotary roller from the grooved rotary roller, and the inside of the groove is cleaned. Be paid out. That is, it is possible to perform soldering while grooving the thread solder immediately before soldering work, and it is possible to perform soldering work efficiently without deterioration of flux.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a thread solder guide, as shown in the detailed side sectional view of FIG. 2, the inlet 2A has an opening having a wide angle θ, and the thread solder A is guided upward and downward freely to the straight portion 2S. Is formed. The straight portion is a gap portion in which the left and right horizontal movements are restricted, and the thread solder A is guided to the outlet 2B. As shown in the side view in FIG. 3, the pressing roller 3 is arranged at a position L which is slightly lower than the processing position B of the grooved rotary roller 4 and the grooving blade 5, and the thread solder A is grooved rotary roller 4. It is held so that it does not float above the groove 4A (see Fig. 4).

The groove 4A of the grooved rotary roller is carved on the outer peripheral edge according to the shape of the thread solder A. Engraved to a depth l that fits well in the groove 4A. Further, the tip portion 5A of the grooving blade 5 is set up to a position where it reaches the flux a in the central portion of the thread solder A. 6 is a thread solder take-out pin, and 7 is a guide bar. As shown in FIG.

Therefore, the thread solder A fed from the thread solder reel 1 is guided to the straight portion 2S in an upper and lower freely state at the entrance 2A of the thread solder guide 2. Then, the solder wire exiting from the outlet 2B is sent into the groove 4A of the grooved rotary roller 4 by the pressing roller 3 by utilizing the flexibility. At this time, a groove is cut in the longitudinal direction of the solder wire A by the tip portion 5A of the grooving blade 5 rotating together with the grooved rotary roller 4, and the groove is cut to the position of the flux a. The grooved solder wire A'is taken out from the groove 4A by the solder wire take-out pin 6, and the inside of the groove is cleaned. Then, the guide bar 7 guides the soldering work.
