【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案はブレーキホイルの研磨装置に関するものであ

り、このため従来は、回転するブレーキホイルに砥石を
押し付けて研磨したり、ジスクグラインダーでブレーキ
ホイルの面を研磨することによつてブレーキホイルを補

なされたものであつて、断面がコ字状で複数個の固定用
ボルト1を有する固定金具2の上面に支柱3を固設し、

定が可能なアーム4を設け、アームの先端部4Aには上下
方向に貫通する軸孔5を設け、この軸孔5には下端に円
盤状の砥石6を有する砥石軸7を回転自在及び上下動自
在に挿入し、該砥石が回転軸10によって回転するブレー
キホイル8の上面に設置することにより、ブレーキホイ
ル8の回転によって回転する砥石6であることを特徴と

ようとするブレーキホイル近傍に本考案装置を固定す

合させた後固定用ボルト1で締付けることによつて行
う。その後アーム4を回動させて砥石6がブレーキホイ
ル8の上面を位置するようにしてアーム固定ボルト4Bで
アーム4を支柱3に固定する。この場合、砥石軸7の回
転軸心がブレーキホイル8の幅方向中心に対して偏心さ
せた位置とする必要がある。その後砥石軸7を降下させ
て砥石6を研磨しようとするブレーキホイル8の上面に
載置する。この状態で砥石6及び砥石取付板等の自重が
ブレーキホイル8に作用しているから、ブレーキホイル
8を回転させると砥石6はブレーキホイル8の回転によ
つて回転しブレーキホイル8の表面を水平に研磨する。
研磨量はブレーキホイル8の回転速度及び時間によつて
定まるので予め定めた研磨量となつた時点で研磨を終了
する。必要によつては研磨位置を変更して研磨を行うこ
とも可能である。図中9はブレーキシユー、10はブレー

動自在に、かつアーム固定ボルト4Bによつて固定できる
ように設置し、アーム4の先端部4Aには上下方向に貫通
した軸孔5を設けてある。そしてこの軸孔5には砥石軸
7を回転可能及び上下に摺動可能に挿入しており、この
砥石軸7の下端には円盤状の砥石6を固設してある。図
中6Aは砥石上面に密着させる砥石取付板、符号の6B,6C,
6D,6Eはそれぞれ砥石押え座金6B,砥石固定ネジ6C,座金6
D,ユルミ止めネジ6Eであつて、いずれも砥石6の下方に
位置し、前記砥石軸7の下端との間で砥石6をネジによ
