Claims (1)
間部を直角に折曲げ堆積したものを1枚づつ、本体中部
に設けた木型上へ繰り出し、さらに両端をエヤーピスト
ンプッシャで内側へ折込む自動折箱成形機において、上
記折箱側板の枠端接合部に相当する上記木型下端隅の前
後方向に直角小溝を形成し、また台枠本体前部のほぼ中
央付近には電熱器体取付板を垂下固定し、該取付板には
上部に電熱器体後部の滑子が上下摺動する昇降板を取付
け、下端に駆動シリンダ支持腕を取付け駆動シリンダ及
びピストン棒を垂直に保持して上部に電熱器体を挾持
し、なお電熱器体の上部には上端に薄手の融合金属板を
取付けた加熱枠窓を形設して成り、電熱器体上下運動の
上死点において、加熱枠窓内で折箱側板の左右先端接合
部が当接すると、電磁スイッチの作動により電熱器体が
下降し、この瞬間に加熱枠上端の加熱された下降する融
合金属板により前記接合部を融合することを特徴とする
合成樹脂枠端接合部の自動融合装置。1.
