Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】この考案は、自動折箱成形機にお
いて発泡スチロールなどの合成樹脂材折箱の折曲げた両
端接合部を自動的に融合する装置に関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】折曲げ箱の両端接合部の接合では、従来
のボール箱などの紙箱や薄い木箱などでは接合部を重ね
てホチキス針のような鉤針を用いて機械的に自動接合し
ていた。しかし材質が合成樹脂材となると、針金針の接
合では役に立たないので、接合する材質そのものを溶か
して突き合せ接合しなければならない。従って手作業で
個々に融合することはできても、自動的に且つ連続的に
行うことは、甚だ困難な作業であった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】そこでこの考案は、上
記のような合成樹脂材料から製造する包装箱の自動成形
機において、従来の紙箱などと同様に自動的且つ連続的
に合成樹脂製包装箱を製造するため、折箱の側板両端末
を自動的に融合可能とする装置を提供することを目的と
している。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
めに、本考案としては台枠本体上部に、合成樹脂折箱側
板の中間部を直角に折曲げ堆積したものを1枚づつ、本
体中部に設けた木型上へ繰り出し、さらに両端をエヤー
ピストンプッシャで内側へ折込む自動折箱成形機におい
て、上記の折箱側板の枠端接合部に相当する上記木型下
端隅の前後方向に直角小溝を形成し、また台枠本体前部
のほぼ中央付近には電熱器体取付け板を垂下固定し、該
取付板には上部に電熱器体後部の滑子が上下摺動する昇
降板を取付け、下端には駆動シリンダ支持腕を取付け、
駆動シリンダ及びピストン棒を垂直に保持して上部に電
熱器体を挾持し、なお電熱器体の上部には上端に薄手の
融合金属板を取付けた加熱枠窓を形設して成り、電熱器
体上下運動の上死点において、加熱枠窓内で折箱側板の
左右先端接合部が当接すると、電磁スイッチの作動によ
り電熱器体が下降し、この瞬間に加熱枠上端の下降する
加熱融合金属板により前記接合部を融合することを特徴
とする合成樹脂枠端接合部の自動融合装置である。

【作用】上記のように構成された本考案の合成樹脂枠端
接合部の自動融合装置は、自動折箱成形機の台枠本体上
部に合成樹脂折箱側板の中間部を直角に折曲げ堆積した
ものを、本体中部に設けた木型上へ1枚づつ繰り出し、
さらに両端を左右に設置したエヤーピストンプッシャの
頭部で内側へ折込み長方形の枠形に成形するため木型下
端の直角小溝内において左右枠端の45度傾斜接合面が
当接する。一方電熱器体取付板下端の空気シリンダ及び
ピストン棒は、電磁継電器の作動により電熱器体を上昇
させ、その上端の加熱枠窓は木型下端の直角小溝内へ上
昇して上死点で停止する。この時点で上記の折箱側板の
左右枠端の接合面は前記電熱器体の加熱枠窓内で丁度当
接するように時間調節されている。そして当接した次の
時点で電熱器体は下降を開始し、この瞬間に下降する加
熱枠上端の融合金属板により左右接合部は融合して完全
な箱枠となって押し出されるものである。

【実施例】実施例について図面を参照して説明すると、
自動折箱成形機(A)の台枠本体Fの上部に発泡スチロ
ール樹脂板Sの中間部を直角に折曲げ堆積したものを1
枚づつ台枠本体Fの中部に設けた木型P上へ繰り出し、
さらに両端をエヤーピストンプッシャA.Pで内側へ折
込む折箱成形機(A)において、上記木型Pの下端隅の
前後方向に直角小溝Gを形成し、また台枠本体Fの前部
ほぼ中央部付近に電熱器体Eの取付板1を垂下固定し、
この取付板1の上部に電熱器体Eの滑子2が上下摺動す
る昇降板3を取付け、取付板1の下端には駆動シリンダ
支持腕4を取付け、駆動シリンダ及びピストン棒5を垂
直に保持して上部に電熱器体Eを挾持し、なお電熱器体
Eの上部には上端に薄手の融合銅板6を取付けた加熱枠
窓7を形設して成る合成樹脂枠端接合部の自動融合装置
である。

【考案の効果】本考案は、以上説明したように構成され
ているので、以下記述のような効果を奏するものであ
る。自動折箱成形機の木形下端の直角小溝内の加熱枠内
において、折箱左右枠端の45度傾斜接合面が当接す
る。この時点で電熱器は上死点に在って次の時点で下降
を開始し、その際加熱枠体上端の融合銅板6で接合面を
融合して下降するので接合面は融合し、電熱器体の下降
後箱枠となって押出され、この動作を順次繰返し自動折
箱成形機として高能率の成果を挙げることができる。

  1. 【請求項1】 台枠本体上部に、合成樹脂折箱側板の中
    間部を直角に折曲げ堆積したものを1枚づつ、本体中部
    に設けた木型上へ繰り出し、さらに両端をエヤーピスト
    ンプッシャで内側へ折込む自動折箱成形機において、上
    記折箱側板の枠端接合部に相当する上記木型下端隅の前
    後方向に直角小溝を形成し、また台枠本体前部のほぼ中
    央付近には電熱器体取付板を垂下固定し、該取付板には
    上部に電熱器体後部の滑子が上下摺動する昇降板を取付
    け、下端に駆動シリンダ支持腕を取付け駆動シリンダ及
    びピストン棒を垂直に保持して上部に電熱器体を挾持
    し、なお電熱器体の上部には上端に薄手の融合金属板を
    取付けた加熱枠窓を形設して成り、電熱器体上下運動の
    上死点において、加熱枠窓内で折箱側板の左右先端接合
    部が当接すると、電磁スイッチの作動により電熱器体が
    下降し、この瞬間に加熱枠上端の加熱された下降する融
    合金属板により前記接合部を融合することを特徴とする
    合成樹脂枠端接合部の自動融合装置。
