(B) Prior art As shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-86322, an endless main belt is wound between a passive roller and a drive roller, and this main belt is provided with two lower floating rollers and two upper and lower floating rollers. The upper floating roller is guided to form a Z shape in a side view, and an endless sub-belt is wound between the upper lower floating roller and another floating roller arranged in the vicinity of the upper floating roller. There is a Z-shaped belt conveying device in which the outer surface of the main belt and the outer surface of the rising portion of the main belt overlap each other.

Further, as described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-135815, a pressing mechanism for closely contacting or approaching both edges along the longitudinal direction of a pair of driven vertical belt conveyors is provided on both sides of the facing surface of both conveyor belts. There is also a continuous conveyer device for earth and sand stones, which is provided in the above-mentioned vertical conveyor, and in which the pressing mechanism can be expanded and contracted according to the outward bulging deformation that occurs when the conveyed object is sandwiched at the facing surface portion of the vertical conveyor. .

(C) Problems to be solved by the device In the Z-shaped belt conveying device described above, the main belt and the sub belt gradually meander along the width direction and meander while the device is operating. In particular, when a load is applied to the main and sub belts, the degree of the load becomes remarkable, and thus the position of the main and sub belts may be occasionally adjusted during the work.

(D) Means for solving the problem: An endless main belt (13) is wound between a passive roller (10) and a driving roller (12), and the main belt (13) is provided with two upper and lower floating rollers. (14a) (14b) and two upper and lower upper floating rollers (14c) (14d) are guided to form a Z shape in side view, and the upper lower floating roller (14a) and the upper upper floating roller (14c) are The endless sub-belt (16) is wound around the other floating roller (15) arranged above so that the outer surface of this sub-belt (16) and the outer surface of the rising portion of the main belt (13) overlap. In the Z-shaped belt conveying device configured as described above, a pair of left and right guide rollers (19) and (19) are mainly provided at a position where the main belt (13) and the sub-belt (16) overlap each other and a position close to the drive roller (12). The guide rollers (19) are supported so that they are brought into contact with the left and right side edges of the belt (13) at the same time. The support shaft (21) is loosely fitted around the holding shaft (21), and the support shaft (21) is attached to the sub belt (13) from the back side of the main belt (13).

The Z-shaped belt conveying device according to the present invention forms a main part of the clod collecting and conveying device (6), which is constructed as follows. That is, the passive roller (10) pivotally provided at the tip of the bracket (9), which is rotatable within a fixed range around the pin (8), and the drive roller (12) driven by the engine (11). An endless main belt (13) is wound around the lower end of the belt, and two lower floating rollers (14
a) and (14b), and two upper floating rollers (14c) and (14d), which are also vertically arranged at the upper part, are arranged in a Z shape in a side view. Here, the driving roller (12) and the passive roller (10) are crowned to restrict the movement of the main belt (13) in the width direction. An endless sub belt (16) is also wound between the upper lower floating roller (14a) and another floating roller (15) arranged so as to face the upper lower floating roller (14a), and its rear surface is mainly The belt (13) is in contact with the front surface of the vertical portion of the belt (13) so that the belts (13) and (16) are overlapped. (17) is an elastic support member for urging the tip of the bracket (9) ...
(18) is a grounding cover that surrounds the lower side of the passive roller (10). Further, guide rollers (19) (19) for restricting movement of both belts (13) (16) in the width direction are provided at each side edge of a portion where the main belt (13) and the sub belt (16) overlap.
In addition to being installed oppositely, another guide roller (20) ··· is installed at the lower part of the main belt (13) and the lower part of the sub belt (16) to assist the effect of the guide roller (19). ing.
The guide roller (19) is free to move around the support shaft (21) and its function is improved by bringing the guide roller (19) close to the drive roller (12) as much as possible, and as shown in FIG. Is inclined with respect to the belt surface, and the guide surfaces (that is, peripheral surfaces) of the guide rollers (19) and (19) are mounted so as to support the loads acting on the main and sub belts (13 and 16). . Another guide roller (20) also has a structure conforming to this guide roller (19). Specifically, the guide roller (19) receives the main belt (13) and the sub belt (16) from behind them, and one of the guide rollers (20) and (20) is the lower part of the main belt (13). Is received from below, and the other one receives the sub belt (16) from behind. These optimum modes are appropriately determined in consideration of the load of the conveyed load and the bending of the main and sub belts (13) and (16).

When working with the above device, the bucket (B) is placed on the loading platform (7) and both devices (1) (5) are pulled while the excavation device (1) pulls the clod collecting device (5). To be in working condition. As a result, the excavator (1) discharges the core (w) toward the rear by forming ventilation holes in the surface of the lawn claw cloth. The discharged core (w) is received by the front part of the horizontal receiving part (6a) of the clod collecting device (5), and then horizontally conveyed backward by the main belt (13). In this case, the front apron (25a) prevents the core (w) from falling off in front of the horizontal receiving section (6a), and the sideways aprons (25) (25) have a large front relative distance. Since it is small, the core (w) is gathered in the center of the main belt (13) along with the progress of horizontal conveyance together with facilitating the reception of the core (w) in the front part of the horizontal receiving section (6a),
In addition, it works to prevent falling out. Following this horizontal conveyance, the core (w) has a main belt (13) and a sub belt (16).
It is pinched by and and conveyed vertically. In this process, the guide rollers (19) (19) are the main and sub belts (13) (16).
The core (w) works to prevent the core (w) from spilling from each side edge, and the vertical aprons (27) (27) work to prevent the core (w) from falling off to the side of the airframe. After that, the core (w) is horizontally conveyed backward by the horizontal unloading section (6b),
It is dropped toward the inside of the bucket (B) and stored.

5 and 6 are a perspective schematic view and an explanatory view showing a guide means similar to the guide rollers (19) and (19). That is, it is possible to provide the floating disks (29) and (29) instead of the guide rollers (19) and (19). The floating disc (29) is rotatably mounted on each outer side of the floating roller (14c) around the roller support shaft (30), and each side edge of the main belt (13) and the sub-belt (16). Both belts (13)
(16) is regulated so as not to be displaced in the width direction, and its effect is the same as that of the guide rollers (19, 19). Floating discs here (29) (29)

(G) Effect of the Invention As is apparent from the above, according to the present invention, the guide rollers (19) and (19) are provided at the overlapping portion with the main and sub belts (16) and in the vicinity of the drive roller (12). Since it is arranged, the meandering prevention of the main and sub belts (13) and (16) is effectively achieved, and the conventional belt position adjustment is not required for a long time, and in particular, it overlaps with the main belt (13). The secondary belt (16) is the upper and lower floating rollers (14a).
Since it is a non-driving belt that is wound between (14a), the problem of meandering due to gradual deviation along the width direction becomes remarkable, but the peculiar problem is due to the simple configuration. The guide roller (1
9) (19) is installed so as to support the load of the main and sub belts (13) and (16), so the main and sub belts (13) and (16)
Thus, the load (core (w)) that is pinched and conveyed in the overlapping portion can be appropriately prevented from spilling from the side edges of the main and sub belts (13) and (16).
