Description of the Related Art In a spinning machine equipped with a creel that guides a sliver in a can to a draft roller, the conventional feed roller has the same number of teeth and a sprocket attached to the rotary shafts of adjacent feed rollers of the same diameter. Since the rotation speed of the feed roller does not change even if the sliver tension fluctuates because it was driven to rotate at the peripheral speed, the sliver weight from the can to the feed roller due to the change in the sliver tension due to the temperature and humidity changes in the spinning factory and the sliver consumption. When the sliver is stretched between the feed rollers due to a change in tension due to a change or the like, the sliver cannot be corrected and there is a disadvantage that the fibers are loosened and the gelen fluctuation becomes large.

The sliver tension on the creel cannot be controlled accurately because it does not match. In other words, the sliver tension is accurately controlled according to the spinning conditions such as temperature and humidity changes in the spinning factory and sliver weight changes, because the timer controls the sliver tension every time it is irrelevant to the actual sliver tension. There was a problem that I could not do.

At this time, the first sprocket drive device does not function due to the operation of the one-way clutch. When the second sprocket drive device functions, the feed roller on the upstream side in the sliver feed direction rotates faster than when driven by the first sprocket drive device. Therefore, the sliver is loosened. After that, when the sliver detector detects the sliver limit of the sliver, the electromagnetic clutch is released and the first
Switch to drive by sprocket drive. In this way, the sliver tension is maintained at an appropriate level.

As shown in FIG. 2, at the intermediate position in the front-rear direction of the feed rollers 6a, 6b guiding the sliver 2 in the can 1 to the roller part 9 in the creel 40 on the back of the roving frame 50 as shown in FIG. A sliver detector 10 consisting of a light emitting device and a light receiving device, which are opposed to each other with a transfer passage of a plurality of slivers 2 (here, 10) sandwiched in the machine longitudinal direction, is attached to a creel beam 41, and the detector 10 is an upper limit position sensor PH1. And the lower limit position sensor PH2 are arranged at a predetermined interval above and below,
The upper and lower limit position sensors PH1 and PH2 are blocked by the sliver 2 to detect the tension side limit and the slack side limit of the sliver tension, respectively. Feed rollers 6a, 6b
The rotary shafts 3 and 4 are rotatably supported by a support bracket 42 attached to the creel beam 41, and the projecting end thereof projects into the chain cover 21 supported by the bracket 19 mounted on the support bracket 42. A transmission 20 is installed between the rotating shafts 3 and 4. The rotating shaft 3 has three sprockets 22a, 22b, 22c having the same number of teeth (for example, 30 teeth).
A sprocket 22 including a sprocket is rotatably fixed to one body, and the rotation of the drive shaft is transmitted to the rotary shaft 3 through a chain 8 wound between a sprocket 22c and a drive shaft (not shown).

A first sprocket drive device is configured in which the rotation of the rotary shaft 3 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 4 only in the feed direction of the sliver 2 via a chain 25 wound between the rotary shaft 3 and the sprocket 22a. Furthermore, the rotating shaft 4 has one tooth less than the number of teeth of the sprocket 22 (for example, the number of teeth is 2).
9) A sprocket 26 is rotatably supported by a bearing 27, and a chain 29 is wound between the sprocket 26 and the sprocket 22b to form a second sprocket drive device.
A clutch plate 31 of an electromagnetic clutch 30 is integrally connected to the sprocket 26. The rotary plate 32 of the electromagnetic clutch 30 is integrally wedged to the rotary shaft 4, and the clutch plate 31 is attracted by the excitation of the solenoid SOL1, and if it is de-excited, it is disengaged by the reaction force of the spring 39 attached to the sprocket 26. It has become.
On the other hand, a sprocket 35 is fixed to the tip of the rotary shaft 4 so as to transmit the rotation of the rotary shaft 4 to the feed roller 6c via the chain 36, and so on. There is. Thus, the second
The rotation of the rotary shaft 4 on the upstream side in the sliver feed direction by the sprocket drive device is faster than that by the first sprocket drive device.

A control device 60 for turning on and off is shown by an electric circuit shown in FIG. In this control device 60, a of the upper limit position sensor PH1
When the upper limit position sensor PH1 detects the sliver 2 and turns on using the b contact of the contact point and lower limit position sensor PH2, the relay CR turns on and the solenoid SOL1 is excited,
When the electromagnetic clutch 30 is engaged, the self-holding circuit of the solenoid SOL1 is turned on through the b-contact of PH2, and when the lower limit position sensor PH2 detects the sliver 2 and the b-contact is opened, the relay CR is turned off and the self-holding circuit of the solenoid SOL1. The state in which the sliver 2 between them extends between the upper limit position sensor PH1 and the lower limit position sensor PH2 will be described. At this time, since the upper and lower sensors PH1 and PH2 are not blocked, the solenoid SOL1 is de-energized and the rotation of the rotary shaft 3 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 4 via the one-way clutch 24. The sliver 2 moves to the tension side due to the number of teeth of the sprocket. As a result, when the upper limit position sensor PH1 is turned on, the relay CR of the control device 60 is actuated and the solenoid SOL1 is self-held, so the electromagnetic clutch 30 is held in the actuated state, and the feed roller drive by the first sprocket drive device is performed. From the second sprocket drive device, and the rotation of the rotation shaft 3 of the feed roller 6a is changed to the sprocket 22.
b, the chain 29, and the sprocket 26, and the other feed roller 6b is rotated via the electromagnetic clutch 30. In this case, since the tooth number ratio is 30:29, the other feed roller 6b rotates faster than the one feed roller 6a, and the sliver 2 gradually loosens. At the same time, the sprocket 23 attached to the one-way clutch 24 also rotates, but the sprocket 23 rotates slower than the sprocket 22 due to the number of teeth, so the rotation is not transmitted to the rotary shaft 4 by the action of the one-way clutch 24.

サPH2との間で変位する。When the sliver 2 loosens to the lower limit position sensor PH2, the contact b PH2 of the control device opens and the electromagnetic clutch 30 is released. As a result, the drive of the feed roller by the second sprocket drive device is switched to the drive by the first sprocket drive device, and the rotation of the feed roller 6a is changed by the sprocket.
22a, chain 25, sprocket 23 and one-way clutch 24
Is transmitted to the rotary shaft 4 via. In this case, the sprocket tooth ratio is 30:31, the feed roller 6b rotates slower than the feed roller 6a, the sliver slack gradually becomes smaller, and when the tension reaches the upper limit, the upper limit position sensor
PH1 is turned on and the electromagnetic clutch 30 is held in the operating state again. Similarly, the electromagnetic clutch 30 is alternately turned on and off by the signals of the upper limit position sensor PH1 and the lower limit position sensor PH2.
Since the sliver 2 is switched to the state and the rotation speed of the other feed roller 6b with respect to the one feed roller 6a is increased or decreased, the sliver 2 has the upper limit position sensor PH1 and the lower limit position sensor PH2 of the sliver 2 set corresponding to the proper tension. For example, between the other feed roller 6b and the third feed roller 6c adjacent thereto, and, if necessary, between each feed roller, the above-mentioned embodiment is used. A transmission similar to the above may be provided. Further, the number of sliver detections is not limited to the plural sliver detections in the above-described embodiment, and the transmission may be controlled by detecting the signals of the upper limit position sensor and the lower limit position sensor for the variation of one sliver.

By switching the first sprocket drive mechanism and the second sprocket drive mechanism to control the rotation of the feed roller, it is possible to control tension due to temperature and humidity changes in the spinning factory and the sliver weight from the can to the feed roller. Even if the value changes, you can always follow this and get the proper tension. As a result, there is no sagging of the sliver, the burden of manual correction is eliminated, and the fibers can be prevented from falling out and the gelling fluctuation can be prevented, and a uniform sliver can be supplied. Further, variations in the remaining amount of the sliver depending on the positions of the front row and the rear row (the side closer to the machine base and the side farther from the machine stand) can be reduced by appropriately maintaining the sliver tension, and the amount of recycled cotton can be reduced. Moreover, since the speed change device of the feed roller is composed of the first sprocket drive device having the one-way clutch and the second drive device having the electromagnetic clutch, the control is performed by the intermittent control of one electromagnetic clutch. However, there is also an advantage that it can be implemented at a low cost because it is extremely simple.

Set the number of teeth on each sprocket to be faster, and One sprocket of the sprocket drive device is attached to the rotary shaft of the feed roller via a one-way clutch, and one sprocket of the second sprocket drive device is rotatably supported by the rotary shaft of the feed roller, and the sprocket is supported by an electromagnetic clutch. The sliver detector can be rotated integrally with the rotation axis of the feed roller.
While the feed roller is being driven by the first sprocket drive device, when the sliver detector detects the tension side limit of the sliver tension, the electromagnetic clutch is engaged and the second
When the sliver detector detects the slack side limit of the sliver tension during the driving of the feed roller by the second sprocket drive device, the electromagnetic clutch is released to switch to the drive by the first sprocket drive device. A sliver tension adjusting device for a spinning machine, which is connected to a control device.
