(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【構成】吊具，セード及び電子点灯基板６を樹脂製の絶
縁台８で保持固定し、内蔵した灯体からなる吊下げ形蛍
光灯器具の灯体において、前記絶縁台に一体成形された
基板保持用爪の外縁を挟持するよう、水平安定性を保つ
ためのバランサ１０を配置したことを特徴とする。 【効果】容易に基板脱落防止機能が付加でき、製品安全
性の向上が図れる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、吊下げ形蛍光灯器具の
水平安定性を保つためのバランサの形状及び取付構造に
関する。

【従来の技術】従来のバランサの固定方法は、絶縁台背
部に敷いて固定、又は、ねじ止めによって行われてい
た。これらのバランサはあくまでも水平安定性を保つた
めだけのものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来技術は、水平
安定性を保つための単一の機能しかもっていなかった。
本発明の目的は水平安定性を保つと共に、基板脱落防止
機能を共有させることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的は、電子点灯基
板を樹脂製の絶縁台にて保持し、その絶縁台に一体成形
された基板保持用爪によって固定される灯体において、
バランサ両端部を折曲げて基板保持用爪の外縁に当接、
挟持する形状にすることにより達成される。

【作用】バランサは鋼板製であるため両端部を折り曲げ
るのは容易である。この折曲げ部によって絶縁台の基板
保持爪を挟持することで爪が開かぬようにし基板の脱落
を防止する。

【実施例】以下、図示の実施例について説明する。図１
に示すように本蛍光灯器具は、吊具１及びセード２，蛍
光ランプ３及び電子点灯基板を内蔵し、背面に受信部，
チャンネル切替スイッチ及び動作音オン−オフスイッチ
等の操作部４を露出するよう配置した灯体５により構成
した赤外線リモコン操作式の吊下げ形である。内部構造
は、図２に示すように、電子部品を組込んだ電子点灯基
板６と受信部及び操作スイッチ等を灯体背面に露出させ
るためのサブ基板７を樹脂製の絶縁台８で灯体との絶縁
を施し、絶縁台８に一体成形された基板保持用爪９，
９’で両基板共固定している。バランサ１０は鋼板製で
基板保持用爪９の外縁に当接させ挟持するように、下方
より見てコの字状に端部を折曲げた。本構造により、操
作部４のスイッチ等動作時に基板保持用爪９に外力が掛
っても外方に開かないようにし基板の脱落を防止してい
る。尚、バランサの取付け方法は、図３の断面図に示し
た様に下端部をＬ字状に折り曲げ、上灯体ケース１１と
下灯体ケース１２で挟持して固定しているので脱落及び
がたつきはない。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、バランサをコの字形状
に曲げることにより、容易に基板脱落防止機能が付加で
き、製品安全性の向上が図れる。

  1. 【請求項１】吊具、セード及び電子点灯基板を樹脂製の
    絶縁台で保持固定し、内蔵した灯体からなる吊下げ形蛍
    光灯器具において、前記絶縁台に一体成形された基板保
    持用爪の外縁を挟持するよう、水平安定性を保つための
    バランサを配置したことを特徴とする吊下げ形蛍光灯器
    具。
