Recently, floor heating appliances such as hot water pipes and electric heaters are placed on the surface of the floor or inside the floor to heat the floor. Among them, a system in which a heating appliance is arranged on the lower surface of a floor material having a wooden pipe on the surface is particularly good in terms of appearance and walking sensation, and therefore, there are many studies in this direction.

In this case, cracks, warps, push-ups, blinds, etc. were likely to occur in the floor material due to repeated cold heat and repeated dry and humid conditions of the heating equipment. Therefore, for the purpose of imparting heat resistance to the floor material, it has been proposed to perform a resin impregnation treatment (hereinafter, simply referred to as a resin treatment), but the resin treatment of the entire floor material results in high cost and Resin cannot be treated uniformly,
There was a problem of causing warpage and twist.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, a wood pipe 21 having a wood veneer 21 (plywood, fiber board, particle board, etc.) bonded to a surface of a wood veneer 21 and a resin treatment to improve heat resistance. 22 was used and attached directly or through an electric heater 24 onto the reinforcing plywood 23 to obtain the heat resistant floor material 25 or the floor heating panel 26. As a resin impregnation treatment method for the wood panel 22, as shown in FIG. 3, a resin-treated wood veneer 21 and a resin-treated wood base material 20 are bonded together (hereinafter referred to as (I) method). , A method of laminating the untreated wood veneer 21 and the untreated wood veneer 20 together and performing resin treatment (hereinafter referred to as the (II) method) has been proposed. Since both the base material 20 and the base material 20 are resin-rich, it is difficult to bond the both, and strict control of the adhesion conditions is required. Further, in the method (II), the stress generated during bonding remains, the warpage is large, there are many process restrictions, and the crack resistance is slightly inferior.

The object of the present invention is to reduce the restrictions on the bonding conditions, reduce the warpage during the panel production, further improve the workability, improve the crack resistance, and evenly and stably color the wood veneer. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a heat resistant wood panel that can be manufactured at low cost.

The method for producing a heat-resistant wood panel of the present invention is a method in which a wood veneer is bonded to the surface of a wood base material, a wood base material is subjected to a resin impregnation treatment, and after these are laminated, a colorant is added to the whole. The resin is impregnated with resin.

As described above, according to the present invention, of the wood base material and the wood veneer to be bonded to each other, the wood veneer is not resin-treated before the bonding, and therefore the bonding process is performed under normal bonding conditions. You can In addition, since the wood base material is treated with resin before bonding, it has less moisture migration, is highly rigid, has less warpage, and has improved crack resistance, making it suitable for use as a surface material for floor materials for floor heating. It is possible and easy to manufacture. Also, since the wood veneer is not resin-treated before bonding, it is not double resin impregnated,
The resin to which the colorant is added provides uniform and stable coloring. Furthermore, since the wood base material is treated with resin before bonding, when the whole resin is impregnated with the resin to which the colorant is added, the wood base material is hardly impregnated with the resin, and the wood base material is hardly impregnated. The amount of the resin added with the colorant that is impregnated into the wooden base material having a larger volume than that of the plate is small, and the amount of the colorant used is easily controlled.

Examples of the resin used for the resin treatment include polymethacrylic acid methyl ester, polystyrene, unsaturated polyester and the like. For the resin treatment, a normal pressure impregnation method in which the resin is impregnated under normal pressure, or a reduced pressure / pressure impregnation method in which the pressure is reduced and then the pressure is impregnated can be employed. After impregnation with the resin, the resin is completely cured by heating or heating and pressing.
