(Prior Art) When connecting underground cables such as telephone lines in a manhole, I applied on January 10, 1990 for a pulling tool that grips the end of the cable and pulls efficiently. The present inventor has just proposed it with the device name "tensioner for cables".

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In this proposed cable tensioning tool, since the whole is formed of the metal wire (1), the mesh body (2) and the tension portion (4) are formed. When the mesh of the wire shrinks, there are three contact states between the wires (1) as shown in FIG. 6, and the contact resistance differs depending on each state. Therefore, the contraction of the wires (1) does not move smoothly, and at this time, the tightening condition becomes uneven, and the net (2) and a part of the tension part (4) partially cover the cable (7). There was a risk that the coating would be partially eroded and the coating would be damaged. Also, if the tightening is uneven, there will be some places that do not adhere to the cable (7),
Accidents in which the cable (7) comes off are also likely to occur from time to time. Furthermore, when attaching and detaching the pulling tool to / from the cable (7), the net (2) is expanded and contracted by hand, but this manual work requires a considerable force on the finger because the contact resistance of the metal wire (1) is large. . Therefore, the efficiency of manual work when attaching and detaching is poor.

Further, since the wire (1) is formed by arranging a plurality of core wires (1a) as shown in FIG. 5, an uneven portion is formed on the outer shape, and foreign matter (8) such as dust or oil enters the concave portion. It was very difficult to take, and it took a long time for cleaning work, and it was difficult to maintain cleanliness. If the wire (1) is used with oil adhered to it, the cable (7) is likely to come off and the characteristics of the cable (7) are adversely affected.

Furthermore, since the contact resistance of the metal wire (1) is large, the wire (1) does not move as desired when the cable tensioner itself is knitted, and it takes a long time to manufacture. Therefore, there are drawbacks such as difficulty in cost reduction.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above problems. That is, steel or stainless steel core wires are aligned with each other, and the outer shape of the aligned core wires is vinyl or the like. A plurality of wires coated with the synthetic resin coating material are braided to form a tubular net body, and an inwardly curved substantially fan-shaped tension portion is formed at one end of the net body. A hooking ring is provided at the tip of the pulling portion, and the periphery of the pulling portion is loosened.

(Operation) Next, the operation of the present invention will be described. The net body (2) is contracted in advance to increase the diameter [see FIG. 3 (a)].
First, the cable (7) is inserted from the end of the net body (2) on the side opposite to the pulling part (4), and an appropriate length is opened (3).
[See FIG. 3 (b)]. Next, the mesh body (2) is covered in contact with the outer shape of the cable (7) by simply extending the mesh body (2) in the direction of the arrow in the figure, that is, in the middle side of the cable (7) [Fig. 3 (c)]. reference]. Then, the hook (not shown) is hooked on the hanging ring (5) and is pulled by a winch or the like to reduce the outer diameter of the net (2). At this time, the periphery of the pulling part (4) had slack in the wire (1), and the wire (1) made of steel or stainless steel was covered with a covering material (1b) made of synthetic resin such as vinyl. As a result, the contact state of the wire (1) is constant without changing, and the frictional resistance between the wires (1) is reduced, so that the movement is extremely smooth, and the wire (1) becomes a cable (7). They are evenly adhered, the occurrence of partial bite is eliminated, and the cable (7) is reliably pulled out [see FIG. 3 (d)]. After loosening the cable (7), the hook is removed from the hook (5). After that, if the mesh body (2) is contracted, the diameter increases, so that the mesh body (2)
Can be removed from the cable (7) very easily and in a short time [see Fig. 3 (e)].

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
(1) is a plurality of wires in which steel or stainless steel core wires (1a) are aligned and the outer shape of the aligned core wires (1a) is covered with a synthetic resin coating material (1b) such as vinyl. (2) is a net body formed by braiding a plurality of wires (1) into a tubular shape. (3) is an opening provided at one end of the mesh body (2), and (4) is a tension part formed by knitting the wire (1) at one end of the mesh body (2). The shape of 4) is a substantially fan shape that is curved inward and becomes thinner toward the tip. Further, the wire (1) is knitted with a slack on the periphery of the tension portion (4), that is, the periphery of the opening (3). (5) is a hanging ring provided at the tip of the tension part (4), and the hanging ring (5) is generally formed by folding back a plurality of long wires (1) and fixing the folding back with a wire. There is. (6) is a fastener used to secure the mesh by fixing two wires (1) at each end of the mesh body (2).

When the core wire (1a) of the wire (1) is covered with the covering material (1b), when the mesh between the mesh body (2) and the tension part (4) shrinks, the contact state of the wires (1) Since the shrinkage is constant and the contact resistance is small, the movement is smooth and the tightening condition is uniform. Therefore, the coating of the cable (7) does not have partial intrusion as in the conventional case, there is no possibility of damaging the coating, and there is almost no accident of the cable (7) coming off.

When attaching / detaching the pulling tool to / from the cable (7), the mesh body (2) is expanded and contracted by hand, but this manual work reduces the contact resistance unlike the contact resistance of the conventional metal wire (1). It can be done easily without power and its working efficiency is improved.
