After that, since the varnish tube 6 accommodating the connection portion between the coil 4 and the lead wire 5 is pushed between the slot 2 and the coil 4, the coil 4 is easily damaged by the edge portion of the varnish tube 6, As a result, there is a problem that the coil 4 is broken. Further, since the varnish tube 6 is required every time, there is a problem that the cost becomes high.

A pair of holding pieces having a hook shape in cross section and a hook shape opposite thereto are integrally formed at a portion of the coating resin on the outer surface side of the stator core, and lead wires are inserted between these holding pieces to hold them. In addition, an auxiliary holding piece having a groove portion for inserting and holding the end portion of the lead wire is integrally formed near the holding piece, and the end portion of the lead wire is connected to the end portion of the coil. There is a feature in doing so.

Further, the lead wire is held immovably in a predetermined relational position with respect to the stator core, and the outer surface of the stator core is resin-coated, so that the connecting portion between the lead wire and the end of the coil is fixed. Insertion into the varnish tube for insulation can be omitted. Further, the ends of the lead wires are held and fixed by the auxiliary holding pieces, and the ends of the coils can be connected in this state.

Are formed. Reference numeral 13 is a coating resin, which is formed by insulatingly coating the outer surface portion, that is, both end surface portions and the outer peripheral portion of the stator core 11 and the inner peripheral surface portion of the slot 12 with a resin mold. Reference numeral 14 is a coil housed in the slot 12. Reference numeral 15 denotes three lead wire holding portions, which have hook-shaped cross sections integrally formed with the coating resin 13 on the outer surface side portion of the stator core 11, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. One holding piece 16 that is elastically deformable is formed, and the other holding piece 17 that is also elastically deformable and has a hook shape that opposes the one holding piece 16, and the tip portions 16a, 17a thereof. There is a slight gap between them. 18 is a lead wire holding portion 15 of the above-mentioned coating resin 13.
A groove 18a is formed in the center of the protrusion piece as an auxiliary holding piece integrally formed corresponding to the above. Reference numeral 19 designates three lead wires, which are advanced in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 5, and elastically deform one holding piece 16 and the other holding piece 16 and 17 of the lead wire holding portion 15 while leading ends 16a, When the lead wire is held in the gap of 17a, the one and the other holding pieces 16 and 17 elastically restore at the time of passing through the gap and the tip portions 16a and 17a press the outer peripheral portion of the lead wire 19, thereby holding the lead wire. It is held in the part 15 (see FIG. 3). In this case, the end portion of the lead wire 19 is in contact with the lower surface of the protruding piece 18, and the core wire 19a at the end portion is inserted and held in the groove portion 18a of the protruding piece 18 with a slight press fit. The end portion 14a of the coil 14 is connected to the lead wire 19 by soldering while being wound around the core wire 19a of the lead wire 19 as shown in FIG.

行なうことができる。According to the above-described embodiment having such a configuration, the lead wire 19 is held at the portion on the outer surface side of the stator core 11 only by inserting it between the pair of holding pieces 16 and 17, so that an external force is applied to the lead wire 19. Even if a force is applied, the connecting portion of the coil 14 with the end portion 14a, that is, the core wire 19a does not move, it is possible to reliably prevent disconnection and disconnection of the connecting portion due to external force, and to fix the lead wire 5, this lead wire The work can be remarkably simplified, the work time can be shortened, and the cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional case in which 5 is inserted into the slot 2. Further, the connecting portion between the lead wire 19 and the coil 14 is held at a predetermined relation position with respect to the stator core 11,
Moreover, since the outer surface portion of the stator core 11 is resin-coated with the coating resin 13, no special insulation treatment is required. Therefore, it is not necessary to insert the connecting portion between the lead wire 5 and the coil 4 into the varnish tube 6 for insulation, the varnish tube 6 and the labor of the insertion can be omitted, and the cost can be further reduced. In this case, it is not necessary to push the varnish tube 6 between the slot 2 and the coil 4, so that damage to the coil 14 and disconnection can be prevented. Furthermore, the end portion of the lead wire 19 holds the core wire 19a in the groove portion 18a of the protruding piece 18 and is fixed, and in this state, the end portion 14a of the coil 14 can be connected, so that the end portion of the lead wire 19 can be held with one hand. Hold and leave one hand on the end of coil 14
It is possible to easily connect the end portion 14a of the coil 14 to the lead wire 19 with only one hand without the trouble of connecting the 14a.

用的効果を奏する。[Effects of the Invention] As is apparent from the above description, in the stator of the electric motor of the present invention, a pair of holding pieces are integrally formed at the stator core outer surface side portion of the coating resin of the stator core and these holding pieces are integrally formed. A lead wire is inserted and held between the pieces, and an auxiliary holding piece having a groove portion for inserting and holding the end portion of the lead wire is integrally formed near the holding piece. Since the end of the coil is connected to the end, the work is easy and the work time can be shortened, and the occurrence of coil breakage can be prevented without damaging the coil,
Further, it has an excellent practical effect that the cost can be reduced and the end portion of the coil can be easily connected to the lead wire.
