An example of a conventional resin injection device will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, a liquid curing agent 1 and a liquid main resin, that is, a main agent 2 and a solvent 3 contained in each of the containers 11 to 13 are used, and these are respectively a hardener valve 4 and a main agent valve.
5. Open the solvent valve 6 to connect to the resin mixing device 8.
Then, the resin mixing device 8 stirs the injected material by the mixing motor 7 and injects the mixed material into the mold 9 from the outlet. The controller 10 electrically controls the valves 4 to 6 and the motor 7 in accordance with an operation procedure described later.

First, when the resin injecting device starts operating, both the curing agent valve (V 1 ) 4 and the main agent valve (V 2 ) 5 are opened by the electric signal output from the controller 10, and the solvent valve (V 3 ) 6
Is closed. As a result, the curing agent 1 and the main agent 2 are delivered into the resin mixing device 8 (step 30). At the same time, an electric signal output from the controller 10 causes the mixing motor (M) 7 to rotate to stir the injected material (see the same paragraph 3).
1). Therefore, the mixture of the curing agent 1 and the main agent 2 is injected and injected into the mold 9 from the outlet of the resin mixing device 8 (32).
At the end of operation, the hardener valve (V 1 ) 4 and the main agent valve (V 2 ) 5 are closed by an electric signal from the controller 10, and the solvent valve (V 3 ) 6 is now opened. . As a result, the solvent 3 is delivered into the resin mixing device 8 (see
3) Similarly, the mixing motor 7 is rotated by an electric signal output from the controller 10. Therefore, the solvent 3 is discharged from the outlet of the resin mixing device 8 together with the mixture remaining inside, that is, the already mixed agent (the same 34, 35), and the inside of the resin mixing device 8 can be cleaned by this solvent 3. .

That is, this embodiment differs from the conventional example shown in FIG. 3 in that the solvent container and the solvent valve are omitted, and the opening / closing timings of the curing agent valve 4 and the main agent valve 5 are controlled to control the resin mixing apparatus. That is, the cleaning step 8 is performed by using the main agent 2. At this time, the curing agent valve 4 and the main agent valve 5 are opened and closed by the controller 10 and both are opened during normal operation. At the end of the operation, the main agent valve 5 is opened and the curing agent valve 4 is closed to set the main agent 2
Only the resin mixture is sent to the resin mixing device 8 and the already mixed agent is extruded.

Next, the operation of the configuration of the above embodiment will be described with reference to the flow of FIG. First, when the resin injection device starts operation,
Both the hardener valve (V 1 ) 4 and the main agent valve (V 2 ) 5 are opened by the electric signal output from the controller 10 (step 20). As a result, the curing agent 1 and the main agent 2 are delivered into the resin mixing device 8. At the same time, the mixing motor (M) 7 is rotated by the electric signal output from the controller 10 to stir the injected material (21). Therefore, the mixture of the curing agent 1 and the main agent 2 is injected and injected into the mold 9 from the outlet of the resin mixing device 8 (22). At the end of the operation, the hardener valve (V 1 ) 4 is closed and the main agent valve (V 2 ) 5 is opened by an electric signal from the controller 10. As a result, only the main agent 2 is delivered into the resin mixing device 8 (at 23), and the mixing motor 7 is rotated by the electric signal similarly output from the controller 10 to perform stirring. Therefore, the main agent 2 is discharged from the outlet of the resin mixing device 8 together with the existing mixed agent remaining therein (the same 24, 25),
The main agent 2 can clean the inside of the resin mixing device 8.
