Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a Japanese style dish dressed with a sauce by using a wild Japanese horseradish in a mustard sauce which is a new spice suitable as a side dish of cooked rice. CONSTITUTION:Grated materials of a wild Japanese horseradish, a Japanese radish and a red pepper are mixed and the resultant mixture is partially dehydrated. A seasoning and soy sauce are added and combined therewith to be used for preparing a Japanese style dish dressed with this prepared sauce.

各種有ります、調味料でアミノ酸等を多く含む、例とし
て味の素、又はコンブワカメ干した物カツオブシなどよ
り煮たりしてエキスを取り出し こくしてさらにこくし
て入れ出来た物に醤油を入れ出来た物が野わさび辛し合
えです。あたたかい、ごはんの上に乗せ食べると本当に
おいしいと思える新しい食品で有ります。その他色々と
考え使う事も出来ます、ので 本人の考えでおいしいと
思う様に食べて見てください。この様に辛い物ばかりを
混ぜ合せた食品、昔よりなく又世界的にもない物で有る
事が年寄り10人に食べてもらいさらに私の回りの人達
5人に食べてもらって、もらって、全員が これはうま
い本当にごはんに合う食べ物だなあ──と言ってくれ年
寄達がこんなに味の有る辛さは今まで食べた事がない。
それで辛い物ばかりを混ぜて有ると言うと そんなにか
らくないよ、でも辛い物と辛い物その上辛い物そんな食
べ物今まで聞いた事も食べれないよ辛くて、でも大根、

る事も出来るのでむだのない自然の流に合う物で有り又
今は辛い物がはやって居る時ですので新しい飲み物と成
るのではと思ってます。この新しい味の飲み物を入れる
容器はビン、缶、その他の材料を使って大根その物を形
に作り大根の青い部分をフタもしくは水分のもれない方
法であればなんでも良いが青く成る部分が下に成り置く
事に成り飲む時にどうしても半回転するので混ぜ合わせ
が出来る事に成るだが1度持ったら置く事が出来ませ
ん。その他に大根を1/2カット、1/3カット、1/
4カット、した形を作り置く事の出来る作り方で有る。
