3 is fitted and the contact mechanism 10 built in this terminal case 103
With a fixed contact set between the upper end side barriers 107 of the terminal case 103 by engaging the distal end portion 106a of the movable iron piece 106 driven by the electromagnet block 101 with the movable insulating base 105 for opening and closing the contacts in 4. There is one in which the fixed contact 109 of the screw terminal piece 108 (FIG. 12) is opened and closed by the movable contact 110 on the movable insulating base 105 side.

Not only is the assemblability poor, but the mounting state of the screw terminal piece 108 is simply erected on the shaft 111.
It becomes difficult to stabilize. In particular, because the terminal case 103 is open at the bottom because the screw terminal piece 108 is inserted from below, there is a risk of dielectric breakdown due to the difference in applied voltage between the contact mechanism 104 and the electromagnet block 101 side. Therefore, the insulating plate 112 is provided between the terminal case 103 and the base 102.
Therefore, the number of parts is increased, which is troublesome to incorporate.

Of the movable iron piece driven by the electromagnet block and connected to the movable insulating base for opening and closing the contact in the contact mechanism, an insulating wall between the electromagnet block and the contact mechanism. Is a bottom wall formed on the terminal case, and an inverted T-shaped locking piece is vertically provided at the tip of the screw terminal piece inserted between the barriers from above along the guide portion formed on the barrier. Then, at a predetermined mounting position where the screw terminal piece is displaced from the insertion position to the distal end side, an engaging protrusion that is disengageably engaged with the locking piece is integrally formed with the terminal case. is there.

Further, by locking the inverted T-shaped locking portion of the terminal piece to the engaging step portion of the terminal case, it is possible to prevent lateral deviation and deviation in the vertical direction and to secure a stable mounting state. Since the bottom wall is an insulating wall, the conventional insulating plate is not required, the number of parts can be reduced, and cost reduction can be expected.

したことを特徴とする電磁継電器。1. A terminal case having screw terminal pieces set between a plurality of barriers on the upper end side and having a built-in contact mechanism is fitted to the upper end side of a box-shaped base containing an electromagnet block, and the electromagnet is formed. In an electromagnetic relay in which the tip side of a movable iron piece driven by a block is connected to a movable insulating base for opening and closing contacts in the contact mechanism, an insulating wall between the electromagnet block side and the contact mechanism is formed in the terminal case. An inverted T-shaped locking piece is vertically installed at the tip of the screw terminal piece which is composed of a bottom wall and is inserted between the barriers from above along a guide portion formed on the barrier to attach the screw terminal piece. An electromagnetic relay, wherein an engaging protrusion that engages with the locking piece in a disengageable manner is integrally formed with the terminal case at a predetermined mounting position displaced from the insertion position to the tip side.
