(57)【要約】 （修正有）
【目的】 低融点溶融接着合成繊維に吸水性、保水性の
強いレーヨン繊維、麻等を混合し、これを展綿状とし、
熱処理加工を施して、網目状に融着一体的構造とし、そ
れを所用の大きさ、硬さ、密度、型に成形した、吸水
性、保水性に優れ、また水切れ、乾燥も良い特徴を有す
る、産業用、家庭用として最適な、洗滌用たわし材を提
供する。 【構成】 低融点にて溶融接着する合成繊維１に吸水
性、保水性の強いレーヨン繊維２、麻等を混合し、製綿
機にて用途に応じた厚さに展綿状ａとなし、熱処理加工
を施して、その絡合された繊維を網目状に融着一体的構
造とし、それを所用の大きさ、硬さ、密度、型に成形す
る。

る、産業用、家庭用として最適な、洗滌用たわし材を提
供する。 【構成】 低融点にて溶融接着する合成繊維１に吸水
性、保水性の強いレーヨン繊維２、麻等を混合し、製綿
機にて用途に応じた厚さに展綿状ａとなし、熱処理加工
を施して、その絡合された繊維を網目状に融着一体的構
造とし、それを所用の大きさ、硬さ、密度、型に成形す
る。
Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
（Ａ）低融点繊維、例えばポリプロピレン繊維、ポリエチレン繊維又は之等の
共重合繊維（梢芯型）若しくはポリエステル低融点融着加工繊維等（１）捲縮性
の強い１０Ｄ−１００Ｄ内外の短繊維を９０％−５０％、之に対して吸水性、保
水性の強いレーヨン短繊維（２）６Ｄ−３０Ｄ内外のものを１０％−５０％混合
、製綿機にて必要の厚さに展綿状となし１３０℃〜１６０℃の熱処理加工を施し
て融着、網目状に一体的構造とし、所用の厚さ、硬さ（例硬度計ＳＲＩＳ−０１
０１型ＧＳ−７０１に依る硬さ５−２０内外）、密度（例０．０１７−０．０６
７ｇ／ｃｍ３内外）大きさ、型（円形型、楕円形型、正方形型、長方形型等）に
切断成形した吸水性、保水性を有する事を特徴とする産業用、家庭用の洗滌用た
わし材（第１図参照）
（Ｂ） 上記（Ａ）記述の低融点にて融着する捲縮の強い合成繊維（１）に吸水
性、保水性の強いレーヨン繊維（２）を１０％−５０％混合、製綿機にて所用の
厚さの展綿状としたもの（ａ）を設け、之に対して低融点にて融着する上述の合
成繊維（１）を製綿機にて必要の厚さに展綿状としたもの（ｂ）を併重１３０℃
−１６０℃の熱処理加工を施して、その絡合繊維を網目状に融着一体的構造とし
、又は上記（ａ）（ｂ）を各個に熱処理加工して網目状に融着したものを接着剤
等にて接着併重一体化して所用の厚さ硬さ、密度、大きさ、型等、上記の通りに
成形した吸水性、保水性を有する事を特徴とする産業用、家庭用の二重層式洗滌
用たわし材（第２図参照）
（Ｃ） 実用新案登録請求の範囲第（Ｂ）項記載の（ａ）を必要の厚さとした
ものの上下両面に（ｂ）をその用途に応じた厚さとし併重１３０℃−１６０℃の
熱処理加工を施して絡合された繊維を網目状に融着一体的構造とし、又は上記（
ａ）（ｂ）を各個に熱処理加工して網目状構造に融着したものを接着剤等にて接
着併重一体化して上述の厚さ、硬さ、密度大きさ、型等に成形した吸水性、保水
性を有する事を特徴とする産業用、家庭用の三重層式洗滌用たわし材（第３図参
照）
【作用効果】
従来使用されておる合成繊維製たわしに関しては合成繊維を不織布又は展綿状
としたものを合成樹脂液若しくはラテックス等の接着剤にて浸漬熱処理加工に依
りロック状に一体化したものに吸水性、保水性等を附与の為ウレタンホームを併
重接着したものであり、使用中ウレタンホームの風化に依り破損、縮み、又は水
切りの不良に依る乾燥の不充分の為、非衛生的な欠点があり之等の欠点をレーヨ
ン繊維を使用、総て改良して衛生的で実用的な構造のものにした効果の大なるも
のである 尚、その他寝具用、ベット、車等の座席用クッション材、又は水耕植
物栽培用材等各方面に用途の拡大されておる実用品である。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は低融点合成繊維にレーヨン繊維を混合した展綿
状のものを熱処理して網目状に融着一体的構造とした洗
滌用たわし材の断面図。第２図は二重層式に併重一体化
した構造の洗滌用たわし材の断面図。第３図は三重層式
に併重一体化した構造の洗滌用たわし材の断面図。 附号（ａ）は低融点合成繊維にレーヨン繊維を混合した
展綿の一部。（ｂ）は低融点合成繊維の展綿の一部。
（１）は低融点合成繊維。（２）はレーヨン繊維。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （Ａ）低融点にて溶融接着する合成繊維に吸水性保水性
の強いレーヨン繊維麻等を混合、製綿機にて用途に応じ
た厚さに展綿状となし熱処理加工を施して、その絡合さ
れた繊維を網目状に融着一体的構造とし所用の大きさ、
厚さ、硬さ、密度、型に成形した吸水性、保水性を有す
る事を特徴とする産業用、家庭用の洗滌用たわし材 （Ｂ） 上記低融点融着の合成繊維に吸水性、保水性の
強いレーヨン又は麻繊維を混合、製綿機にて用途に依り
必要の厚さとした展綿状（ａ）を設け、之に対して低融
点にて融着する合成繊維を製綿機にて必要の厚さに展綿
状とした（ｂ）を併重、熱処理加工を施して、その絡合
された繊維を網目状に融着一体的構造とし又は上述の
（ａ）（ｂ）それぞれ各個に熱処理加工して網目状に融
着したものを接着剤等にて接着併重一体化し所用の大き
さ厚さ、硬さ、密度、型に成形した吸水性、保水性を有
する事を特徴とする産業用、家庭用の二重層式洗滌用た
わし材 （Ｃ） 上述の実用新案登録請求の範囲第Ｂ項記載の
（ａ）を適当の厚さとしたものの上下両面に必要の厚さ
とした（ｂ）を併重、熱処理加工を施してその絡合され
た繊維を網目状に融着一体的構造とし又は（ａ）（ｂ）
それぞれ別個に熱処理加工して融着網目状構造のものを
接着剤等にて接着一体化し所用の大きさ、厚さ、硬さ、
密度、型に成形した吸水性、保水性を有する事を特徴と
する産業用家庭用の三重層式洗滌用たわし材
