く、既設のテレビカメラ7の支柱8に対しても取付け治
具10を介して容易に取付け可能であり、美観も損うこ
とがない。また、減衰特性はゴム6の特性を利用してい
るのでオイルダンパー等が不要でコストが低減されると
ともに、外形も小さくコンパクトになる。また、ゴム6
