As shown by a cutting line B in the figure, one of the oblique cutting methods is adopted. However, in any of these methods, the cut pieces 1 ″ after cutting are connected by the crosspieces 3 between the punched holes 2, so that the width remains the entire width of the scrap 1 ′ and thus the entire width w of the plate material 1. There is a problem in that it is large and gets caught or entangled in a chute that passes after cutting or on a conveyor, which causes clogging, and on the other hand, it is difficult to handle a fold that is put into a melting furnace or the like.
そこで、その解決策として第11図に示すように切断線B

いた。Therefore, as a solution to this, as shown in FIG.
That is, the cutter is set on the cross section 3 of the scrap 1'and the cross section 3 is also cut. However, in this case, when the size of the plate material is changed like the plate material 4 shown in FIG. 12 and the punching size is changed like the punch hole 5 and the cross section 6, the position of the cutter is changed by the distance x 1 from the press center. As is apparent from the difference between x and x 2 , there is a problem that the cutter has to be moved each time, which is troublesome.

First, in FIGS. 1 to 3, 11 is a lower base, 12 is an upper base which is disposed above the lower base 11 via a guide post 13 so that the upper base 12 punches a plate material 14 to be described later. A press device (not shown) to be processed is interlocked with a link mechanism or the like (also not shown) to move up and down with respect to the lower table 11. On the other hand, 15 is a first cutter mechanism, which is one end of the upper surface of the lower table 11 (the left side in FIG. 1,
From the lower side in FIG. 3) to the other end (the right side in FIG. 1, the upper side in FIG. 3), the main lower cutter 16 is arranged and fixed obliquely as shown in FIG. It comprises a lower cutter 16 and a main upper cutter 17 arranged and fixed so as to face each other, and both cutters 16 and 17 are respectively fixed to the cutter bases 18 and 19 by a plurality of setscrews 20. Reference numeral 21 denotes a main chute arranged from the side surface of the main lower cutter 16 to one side edge portion (right side in FIG. 3) of the lower base 11, and the upper surface thereof has an inclined surface 22 which gradually descends to the one side edge side of the lower base 11. Is made. On the other hand, 23 is a second cutter mechanism arranged on each side of the main chute 21 in a direction intersecting with the first cutter mechanism 15, both of which are sub-lower cutters 24 provided on the upper surface of the lower table 11 and lower surfaces of the upper table 12. Deputy upper cutter provided in 25
And these are also cutter base 2 respectively.
It is fixed to 6,27 by a plurality of setscrews 28. Further, in this case, inclined surfaces 29 that gradually descend from the upper surface of the sub-lower cutter 24 to the upper surface of the cutter base 26 are formed.
A secondary chute that forms an inclined surface 30 that gradually descends to the edge of one side
31 are arranged.

きる。Now, in the case of the one configured as described above, the plate material 14 is sequentially punched as shown in FIG.
When it is sent out after being converted into 14 ', it is cut diagonally over the entire width by the first cutter mechanism 15 as shown by the cutting line C, and at the same time, by the second cutter mechanism 23 as shown by the cutting line D, the punched hole 32. It is cut at each cross section 33 in between. Therefore, it is cut into sufficiently fine pieces, so that the piece cut by the first cutter mechanism 15 after cutting slides down on the inclined surface 22 of the main chute 21 and is cut by the second cutter mechanism 23. From the upper surface of the lower auxiliary cutter 24, the cutter base
Even when sliding down the inclined surface 29 of the upper surface of 26 and further sliding down the inclined surface 30 of the auxiliary chute 31, there is no clogging due to catching or entanglement, and even after moving to a conveyor (not shown) or the like. Similarly, it is possible to prevent clogging, improve the flow of each, and easily handle the folds that are put into a melting furnace or the like not shown. Then, even when the size of the plate material is changed like the plate material 34 shown in FIG. 5, and the punching size is changed from the above-mentioned plate material 14 like the punching hole 35 and the crosspiece 36,
By defining the first cutter mechanism 15 and the second cutter mechanism 23 to have a common size and a common interval for them,
The cutting can be performed in the same manner as described above. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, there is no need to move the cutter as shown at the same distance x 3 from the center of the press, and the trouble can be saved. In addition to this, the main lower cutter 16 and the main upper cutter 17 in the first cutter mechanism 15, and the sub lower cutter 24 and the sub upper cutter 25 in the second cutter mechanism 23 are all straight blades. As compared with the curved tooth, it can be easily and surely polished, attached and detached.

As is apparent from the three cutting lines E instead of the above cutting line D, three sets of the second cutter mechanism 23 are provided, and The scrap 37 ′ of the plate material 37 that has been punched in rows is cut by the crosspieces 39 between the punching holes 38. Even if it is changed in this way, the same effect as the above can be obtained. it can.

The scrap 40 'of the plate material 40 that has been punched in one row is punched
It is designed to cut at the cross section 42 between each of 41, and even if it is changed in this way, the same action and effect as described above can be obtained. In this case, the cutting line by the first cutter mechanism 15 may be changed to the cutting line G having a right angle.

And a second cutter mechanism for cutting the scrap at the cross section between the holes,
As a result, there is an excellent effect that the scrap can be finely cut without the need to move the cutter one by one even if the plate material and the punching size thereof are changed.
