As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 0 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 56-82998, a mounting table having a power supply terminal and an iron body having a power feeding terminal are provided, and the iron body is mounted on the mounting table. Depending on the setting, the power supply terminal of the iron body is brought into contact with the power supply terminal of the mounting table to energize the heater of the iron body. The mounting table is made of synthetic resin, and an abutting part for abutting the rear end of the iron body is provided at one end of the upper surface, and the upper surface of the mounting table is gently inclined toward the abutting part. Moreover, a plurality of rotatable rollers and balls are provided on the upper surface of the mounting table. Then, when the iron body is placed on the upper surface of the mounting table, the iron body smoothly slides toward the abutting portion due to the action of the rollers and balls, and the rear end abuts against the abutting portion. As a result, the power supply terminal of the iron main body comes into contact with the power supply terminal provided in the abutting portion to energize the heater of the iron main body.

難点があった。(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, conventionally, the rollers and balls are arranged so as to be substantially flush with the upper surface of the mounting table, so that the lower surface of the iron body is almost flush with the upper surface of the mounting table. In contact with each other, heat from the lower surface of the iron body is strongly transferred to the upper surface of the mounting table, and the upper surface becomes a considerably high temperature.
Therefore, it is unavoidable to use an expensive material with high heat resistance as a constituent material of the mounting table, and also to consider a heat insulating means for preventing thermal influence on components provided inside the mounting table, For this reason, there is a drawback that the cost is greatly increased.

In a cordless ironing device in which the iron body is placed and the power supply terminal of the iron body is brought into contact with the power supply terminal of the placing table to energize the heater of the iron body, the rear end of the iron body is placed on the upper surface of the placing table. An abutting part capable of abutting the parts, and a supporting body and an auxiliary supporting body which are provided with a rotatable roller projecting upward from the upper surface and having heat resistance at the upper end, respectively.
A power supply terminal is disposed in the abutting portion, the support and the auxiliary support are spaced apart and face the abutting portion, and the support is disposed between the auxiliary support and the abutting portion, and The height of the auxiliary support is made higher than that of the support, and the lower end of the iron body is abutted against the rollers of the support and the auxiliary support, and the rear end of the iron body is abutted against the abutting portion. By contacting the power supply terminal with the power supply terminal,
Further, the lower surface of the iron body is separated from the roller of the auxiliary support body so that the iron body is supported in an inclined state by the roller of the support body and the abutting portion.

Hit the 15,15 at an appropriate angle and let go of the handle 27.
Then, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the lower surface of the base 25 comes into contact with the rollers 15, 15 and 21, and as shown in FIG. It slides to one side by its own weight. Then, when this sliding progresses beyond a certain level, the position of the center of gravity of the iron body 24 is changed to the rollers 15,15.
As shown in (c), the iron body 24 advances downward while rotating downward with the contact portion with the rollers 15, 15 as a fulcrum, and as a result, as shown in (d), the handle 27 The lower end on the rear end side comes into contact with the guide portion 4, and further guides the guide portion 4 to retract the iron body 24,
As shown in (e), while the fitting concave portion 30 is fitted into the fitting convex portion 5, the rear end surface of the handle 27 abuts the abutting portion 3 and the operation of the iron main body 24 is stopped. Are supported in an inclined state in which they are largely separated from the upper surface of the mounting table 1. As the fitting concave portion 30 is fitted into the fitting convex portion 5, the power supply terminals 32, 32 come into contact with the power supply terminals 7, 7 through the through holes 6, 6 as shown in FIG. As a result, the heater 29 is energized and the base 25 is heated.

With such placement, the heater 29 is energized each time, so that the temperature of the base 25 is maintained at a substantially constant set temperature during the ironing work. And the iron body 24
When the table is mounted on the mounting table 1, if the lower surface of the base 25 is appropriately applied to the rollers 15 and 15 and the iron body 24 is released as described above, the aiming part 3 is particularly aimed. The iron body 24 automatically slides to the rear side without any operation, and the power supply terminals 32 and 32 are connected to the power supply terminals 7 and 7 for heating.
29 is energized.

As shown in the figure, a support groove 12b having a notch 12a is formed at the upper end of the support 12, and the support shaft 14 is passed through the notch 12a while being press-fit into the support groove 12b. With such a configuration, the rollers 15 and 15 may be rotatably supported together with the support shaft 14. As shown in FIG. 7, it is possible to provide a ring 15a made of an elastic material such as rubber having heat resistance on the outer periphery of the roller 15. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the lower surface of the base 25 from being scratched. There is an advantage that can be. Further, the support 12 in the above embodiment
Alternatively, the auxiliary support 18 may be integrated with the rollers 15, 15 and 21 to support them. As the roller 15 that supports the iron body 24, it is possible to use a single roller that is long in the width direction of the mounting table 1.

Since the rotatable rollers are provided and the iron body is abutted against the abutting portion of the mounting table by its own weight through these rollers, the iron body is supported in an inclined state,
The influence of the heat of the iron body hardly affects the upper surface of the mounting table. Therefore, inexpensive thermoplastic resin with low heat resistance can be used as the constituent material of the mounting table, and the heat treatment for the parts inside the mounting table can be performed. It is not necessary, so that the cost can be surely reduced. Further, a support body and an auxiliary support body facing the abutting portion are provided on the upper surface of the mounting table, and heat-resistant rotatable rollers are provided at the upper end portions of the support body and the auxiliary support body, respectively. Is disposed between the auxiliary support and the abutting portion, and the height of the auxiliary support is higher than that of the support, so when the iron body is gripped and lowered from above the mounting table, The lower surface of the iron main body is supported by contacting with two pairs of rollers of the supporting body roller and the auxiliary supporting body roller, so that the iron body is stable and smoothly slides toward the abutting portion placement side, and When the rear end of the main body hits the abutting part of the mounting table, the power supply terminal of the iron body contacts the power terminal of the abutting part, and the lower surface of the iron body separates from the roller of the auxiliary support body. Is the support roller and abutment In this mounting state, the heat of the iron main body is not transferred to the upper surface of the mounting table through the auxiliary support body, and the influence of heat on the upper surface can be reduced. .
