考案が解決しようとする課題 上述した従来の異なる長さのブロック1,2を使用する場
合は、長さが異なる為にギャップ膜形成,ギャップ膜形
後の突合せ作業時、ギャップ深さ調整研磨までの工程中
に、露出端部の欠け等による基準位置不明な不良品が発

に設けた一の磁性ブロックと、 他の一の磁性ブロックであって上記一の磁性ブロックと
重ね合わせたときに上記一の磁性ブロックの切込溝の両
端部に対応する部分が切欠かれた略T字型の他の一の磁
性ブロックと、からなることを特徴とする磁気ヘッドコ

考案の効果 以上の様に本提案は、ギャップ深さ基準を有しない方の
強磁性体ブロックの両端をL型に切欠きを設けることに
より、欠け等の不良がなく、工数がかからないで正確な
ギャップ深さが形成できると共に作業性が向上出来る効
