Claims (1)
抗張体としてその周囲をゴム、ポリウレタン等の弾性体
で被覆した断面円形、楕円形、四角形、多角形など任意
の形状を有する有芯ロープ状素体を横方向に並列状に引
き揃え、その上に上記断面形状の有芯もしくは、無芯の
ロープ状素体を縦方向に並列状に引き揃え、縦横直交せ
しめて積層交錯し、その交錯部を接合せしめたラバース
クリーンの端部をフック係止部に取付けてなる振動篩機
用ラバースクリーンにおいて、中間網押さえ板部のボル
ト位置に、円形、長方形など任意形状のボルト用貫通孔
を有し、当該貫通孔部に位置する横方向ロープ状素体の
端部の抗張体を露出させ、該露出させた抗張体を、貫通
孔を有する補強板の少なくとも一面に位置させてゴム、
ポリウレタン、エポキシ樹脂などの接着体層中に埋設し
固着一体化した補強体を所定間隔で複数個配置せしめて
なることを特徴とするラバースクリーン。1.
