Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with any resistance for regenerated power consumption or design such a resistance with a minor capacity by switching the inverter output voltage stabilization control in the regeneration mode, and thereby decreasing the amount of regenerated power. CONSTITUTION:An elevator device involves a stabilization control of inverter output voltage to be made by a CPU 5 which performs computation of an output voltage command using the computing system according to Eq. (1), i.e., Vs=Vsref*Vdcref/ Vdcdet, where Vsref is reference output voltage command, Vdcref is reference DC voltage, and Vdcdect is sensed DC voltage. When the sensed value of a DC voltage sensing circuit 3 in the main circuit 2 exceeds the reference value of main circuit DC voltage, the CPU 5 passes judgement that the operation is in the regeneration mode of elevator system, disengages the stabilization control of the output voltage, computes the output voltage command according to Eq. (2) as Vs=Vsref, and controls the output voltage of the inverter. By this control, the magnetizing current of a motor IM increases when the main circuit voltage is raised by the regenerated power in the regeneration mode, and power loss in the motor increases while the amount of regenerated power decreases, so that it is practicable to dispense with any resistance R1 for regenerated power consumption or design such a resistance with a minor capacity.

This is because when the PWM control waveform of the output is obtained by the sine wave-triangle wave comparison method as shown in FIG.
If (= amplitude of sine wave / amplitude of triangular wave) is constant, it means that if the DC voltage of the main circuit fluctuates, the output voltage PWM-modulated fluctuates at the same rate as the fluctuation. Therefore, the above-described output voltage stabilization control can be performed as follows, for example.

It is possible to keep the output voltage of the inverter device constant. By this voltage stabilization control, the output voltage of the inverter device can be kept constant even when the input voltage rises, and stable control without overexcitation can be performed.

In controlling the elevator, as shown in FIG. 4, the operation mode includes a drive mode and a regenerative mode. In the drive mode, when the load is loaded on the car beyond the balance load (car load when the car side weight W A = counterweight side weight W B ) and the ascending operation is performed with W A > W B , , When the load is loaded on the car below the balance load and the descending operation is performed in the state of W A <W B. Further, the regenerative mode is the case where contrary to the driving mode, and when the downward operating state of the W A> W B, the increasing operation in the state of W A <W B.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. The CPU 5 converts the detected DC voltage of the voltage detector 3 into A / D.
While receiving the DC voltage signal converted by the converter 4 and periodically monitoring the DC voltage V DC of the main circuit 2, when driving the elevator, the equation (1) shown in the section of the related art, V s = V sref. * V dcref / V dcdet (1) is used to calculate an output voltage command, and the output voltage command is used to stably control the output voltage of the inverter to drive the induction motor.

When the exciting current increases, the power loss in the motor at the time of entering the regenerative mode increases, and the feedback power to the inverter device decreases. When the DC voltage of the main circuit 2 rises due to this feedback power, the comparator 7 detects this voltage rise, and the switching element S passes through the driver circuit 9.
1 is controlled so that the regenerative power is consumed by the resistor R1. However, in this regenerative mode, the regenerative power is reduced, so that the resistor R1 used can be a small resistor having a small power capacity. Alternatively, the regenerative power consumption circuit can be eliminated.
