(Prior Art) Conventionally, various methods and devices for impregnating wood with a chemical solution for treatments such as antiseptic, insect repellent, and fireproof are known. Generally, this type of device has a sealable canister, a drug solution storage tank for storing a drug solution, and a supply of the drug solution between the drug can and the drug solution storage tank.
Equipped with a chemical liquid supply / discharge means for discharging and a compressor for pressurizing the inside of the above-mentioned injection can, the wood to be treated is housed in the injection can, and then the chemical liquid is supplied to the injection can. After that, the chemical liquid is impregnated by pressurizing air to a predetermined pressure.

By the way, it may be necessary to change various chemical solutions to be impregnated depending on the type and application of the treated wood. In such a case, a single drug can is provided with a plurality of drug solution storage tanks for storing different drug solutions, and a pipe and a valve are provided between the drug solution tank and the drug solution can to selectively and arbitrarily It suffices if the chemical solution can be supplied from the chemical solution storage tank. However, simply by supplying the chemical solution directly to the injection can, if the chemical solution of a different type is used after the impregnation treatment using a chemical solution of a specific type according to the change of the treated wood, etc. Since the chemical remains attached to the inner wall of the drug can even after discharge, the chemical that adheres to the inner wall of the drug can be removed by washing so that it does not mix with the new drug, and then the new chemical is supplied. It has to be done, and that work is troublesome.

Therefore, a bat capable of carrying in and out of the drug can is provided, and the wood is loaded into the bat and carried into the drug can, and the drug solution is supplied into the vat, whereby the drug solution inside the drug can. Also, a method and apparatus have been considered in which processing such as pressurization is performed while the wood is held in the bat. According to the method and apparatus using such a vat, the chemical solution does not adhere to the inner wall surface of the drug can, which is convenient when changing the chemical solution to be used.

When performing the impregnation of the chemical solution using the bat as described above,
There is a problem that the time required to pressurize the air to a predetermined pressure becomes long by press-fitting air. In other words, if the drug solution is stored only inside the vat inside the injection can, a relatively large space is left outside the vat, and it is necessary to press air into this space, but the gas changes in pressure compared to the liquid. Since the volume change corresponding to it is extremely large, it is necessary to send a large amount of air by the compressor in order to press the air into the large space to bring it to a predetermined high pressure, which increases the time required for that. Therefore, there has been a problem that the impregnation treatment efficiency is lowered.

As a method of substantially reducing the space inside the injection can during the chemical solution impregnation process, as shown in JP-A-64-34701, a flexible pressure-resistant bag is provided in the injection can, There is one in which a fluid such as water is fed into the pressure resistant bag when the chemical solution is injected into the pressure resistant bag to keep the pressure resistant bag in an inflated state. However, the device shown in this publication has a structure as described above in order to reduce the usage amount of the chemical liquid in the case where the wood is contained in the chemical can and the chemical liquid is injected without using the bat. . Moreover, since the pressure resistant bag is equipped in the drug can,
There are drawbacks that the structure becomes complicated, control of supply and discharge of fluid to the pressure-resistant bag becomes complicated, and the pressure-resistant bag becomes an obstacle during loading and unloading of wood.

Thus, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the space inside the bat 3 and the space outside the bat 3 are filled up to near the upper end of the bat 3 to the extent that the chemical liquid B and the water C are not mixed with each other.
In this state, in order to remove the air from the wood A to be treated, the inside of the drug can 1 is kept in a depressurized state for a certain time, and then the pressurizing means
When the compressor 31 is driven with the valves 34a and 35a of 30 open and the valves 33a and 36a closed, the injection can 1
Air is press-fitted into the drug can 1 to pressurize the drug can 1 to a predetermined pressure (for example, 15 kg / cm 2 ) which is considerably higher than normal pressure. In this case, the chemical liquid B is contained in the vat 3, and the water C is stored in most of the space outside the vat 3 inside the drug can 1 to reduce the space into which air is press-fitted. Therefore, as compared with the case where air is press-fitted into the entire space outside the bat, the amount of air supply required to reach the predetermined pressure is reduced, and the time required to reach the predetermined pressure is significantly shortened.

When the pressure reaches a predetermined level, the pressurized state is maintained for a predetermined period of time, during which the chemical liquid B is impregnated with the wood A to be treated. After this impregnation treatment, the valve of the specific chemical liquid recovery passage 12 is adjusted in a state where the inside of the chemical can 1 is adjusted to an appropriate pressure higher than atmospheric pressure.
By opening 18 and the valve 19 of the conduit 14, the chemical liquid B is extruded from the vat 3 by the pressure of the air in the drug can 1,
It is collected in the original drug solution storage tank 2. In this case, if necessary, the pressurizing means 30 may be driven to supplement the air for extruding the chemical liquid.

Following the chemical solution recovery process, the inside of the injection can 1 is temporarily depressurized in order to remove the excess chemical solution adhering to the wood A. Then, the inside of the drug can 1 is returned to the positive pressure and the valve 28 of the water conduit pipe is opened, so that the water C flows out of the drug can 1 and is collected in the water tank 26. In this case, the water C is promptly recovered due to the pressure inside the drug can 1 and the own weight of the water C. Note that this water recovery process may be performed simultaneously with the above-mentioned chemical solution recovery process.

After the series of impregnation treatments as described above, the bat 3 and the dolly 6 are carried out of the injection can 1. After the carry-out, another bat 3 loaded with new wood is placed on the carriage 6 and carried in, and the impregnation process is repeated. Since the chemical solution does not adhere to the inner wall surface of the drug can 1, the internal surface of the drug can 1 does not need to be cleaned even if the chemical solution to be used is changed, and the treatment is efficiently performed.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, the vat loaded with the wood to be treated is carried into the injection can, and the chemical solution is supplied into the vat, and the space outside the vat inside the injection can. A liquid different from the chemical liquid is supplied, and the liquid is filled up to a predetermined height corresponding to the position near the upper end of the vat, and then pressure is applied by pressurizing air into the injection can. For convenience, etc., the chemical solution is supplied only into the vat, while the space into which air is press-fitted is reduced, and the time required for pressurization can be greatly shortened. Especially, since the liquid is directly supplied to the above space, the structure is simple and the liquid can be easily supplied as compared with the case where a pressure-resistant bag is provided in the drug can and the fluid is sent into the space. By filling the liquid up to a predetermined height corresponding to the position near the upper end of the bat, the space where the air should be injected can be made sufficiently small, and the pressurizing force of the injected air can be increased above the bat. The chemical liquid in the vat can be surely acted from the open portion. Further, by discharging the liquid from the bottom portion of the drug can after the impregnation treatment, the liquid can be completely discharged from the drug can.
Further, since a pressure resistant bag or the like is not provided in the drug can, it has an effect that it does not interfere with the loading and unloading of the bat.
