Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 a.産業上の利用分野 本考案は、トランクルーム床板用固定具に関する。
b.従来の技術 第８図および第９図は従来のトランクルーム床板用固定
具を示すものである。
この従来の固定具１は、トランクルーム２の床板３のそ
れ以上の差込みを規制する規制壁部1aと、該床板を載置
して支持する支持部1bと、該支持部に突設され、該床板
に設けた孔3aに掛けて該床板の位置決めに供せられる凸
部４とから成っている。
この固定具１は、その規制壁部1aの背後に設けた突出部
1cを車体フレーム５に設けた孔5aに嵌着して設置され
る。
床板３は、その孔3aを固定具１の凸部４に掛けて設置さ
れ、この状態でスペアタイヤ６を収容するスペース７を
封じている。
なお、第８図において、８はトランクリッド、９はリヤ
シートである。
c.考案が解決しようとする課題 ところで、従来の固定具１は、その支持部1bによって床
板３を支えるとともに、その凸部４によって床板３の位
置決めを行なうことができるが、車両の悪路走行中に床
板３が振動して外れる不具合があった。
本考案は、上記実情に鑑みてなされたもので、床板が振
動しても外れることのないトランクルーム床板用固定具
を提供することを目的とする。
d.課題を解決するための手段 本考案では、上記目的を達成するために、床板のそれ以
上の差込みを規制する規制壁部と、該床板を載置して支
持する支持部と、該支持部に突設され、上記床板に設け
た孔に掛けて該床板の位置決めに供せられる凸部とから
成るトランクルーム床板用固定具において、上記規制壁
部に張出部を設け、もって、上記凸部に掛けられた床板
をその手前部を持ち上げない限り上記凸部から外れない
ようにしている。
e.実施例 以下、本考案に係るトランクルーム床板用固定具の実施
例について添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
第１図〜第４図は、本考案の一実施例に係るものを示し
ている。
本実施例の固定具10は、車両11のトランクルーム12の床
板13の固定に供せられるもので、床板13のそれ以上の差
込みを規制する規制壁部10aと、該床板を載置して支持
する支持部10bと、該支持部に突設され、該床板に設け
た孔13aに掛けて該床板の位置決めに供せられる凸部14
とから成り、さらに、規制壁部10aに凸部14よりも上方
に位置させて張出させた張出部15と、規制壁部10aの背
面に固定手段16を備えている。
ここで、凸部14は、床板13の孔13aの形状に対応して略
円柱形状に形成されている。
張出部15は、その先端15aが凸部14よりも規制壁部10a側
にあるように突設されている。これによって、床板13の
孔13aを凸部14に掛けたまま、床板13の先端部13bを中心
として手前部13cを持ち上げることができる。
また、張出部15の下面15bは、規制壁部10aに向かって下
降する傾斜面となっており、これによって、床板13の先
端部13bをスムーズに規制壁部10aへ導くことができる。
固定手段16は、抜け止め用爪16aを有しており、該爪を
フレーム17に設けられた孔17aに嵌入させることによっ
て、車体フレーム17に固定保持される。
本実施例の固定具10によれば、やや、上方から床板13の
先端部13bを規制壁部10aに当接するまで差込むとともに
手前部13cを下方に下げてその孔13aに凸部14を嵌入させ
る。これによって、床板13は位置決め設置される。
これに伴ない、スペアタイヤ18を収容するスペアース19
は、床板13によって封じられる。
この状態において、床板13が車両11の悪路走行中に振動
されても、その先端部13bが張出部15の下面15bによって
その浮上がりが規制されるので、床板13は固定具10から
外れない。
なお、第１図および第２図において、20はトランクリッ
ド、21はリヤシートである。
第５図〜第７図は、本考案の他の実施例に係るものを示
している。
本実施例のトランクルーム床板用固定具30は、床板31の
それ以上の差込みを規制する規制壁部30aに、前記実施
例の張出部15に比べてかなり低い張出部32を形成し、ま
た、床板31を支持する支持部30bに、前記実施例の凸部1
4の形状とは異なる形状で凸部33を突設し、さらに、該
固定具の固定手段34を張出部32の背面にやや上方を向け
て形成したものである。
固定具30の凸部33は、手前側にやや湾曲された横に細長
い断面形状に形成されており、これによって、床板31の
孔31aのを掛け易くしている。
本実施例の固定具30の作用も前記実施例と同様なので、
その説明を省略する。
なお、固定具10または30は、複数個で用いれば、床板13
または31の位置決めがさらに正確にスムーズに行なうこ
とが可能となる。固定具30を２個用いる場合の床板31の
形状は、第７図に示されるようになる。この場合、床板
31の先端部31bに２つの孔31a,31aをそのやや中央寄りに
形成するようにしても良い。なお、第７図において、31
cは床板31の手前部である。
f.考案の効果 以上説明したように、本考案に係るトランクルーム床板
用固定具によれば、その規制壁部に張出部を設けている
ことから、車両の悪路走行中に床板が振動しても、上記
張出部によって床板の浮上がりが規制されるため、床板
が該固定具から外れることがなくなる。また、構造が簡
単であることから、実施が容易である。
さらに、本考案の場合、別部品である特別な止め具を用
いてないので、床板の手前部を持ち上げることにより、
該床板の取付け、取外しを容易に迅速に行なうことがで
きる。

図はその斜視図、第４図は取付けた状態を拡大して示す
断面図、第５図〜第７図は本考案の他の実施例を示し、
第５図はその固定具の左側面図、第６図はその固定具の
正面図、第７図はその床板を示す平面図、第８図および
第９図は従来の固定具を用いた構造を示し、第８図はそ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】床板のそれ以上の差込みを規制する規制壁
    部と、該床板を載置して支持する支持部と、該支持部に
    突設され、上記床板に設けた孔に掛けて該床板の位置決
    めに供せられる凸部とから成るトランクルーム床板用固
    定具において、上記規制壁部に張出部を設け、もって、
    上記凸部に掛けられた床板をその手前部を持ち上げない
    限り上記凸部から外れないようにしたことを特徴とする
    トランクルーム床板用固定具。
