In addition, it is possible to paint on the transfer surface of a three-dimensional molded product by laminating it by using a polyvinyl chloride film with good heat workability as the base material of the transfer film. Was not sufficiently peeled from the base material made of a polyvinyl chloride film and the pattern layer, and transfer painting could not be performed.

When such a polyvinyl chloride film is used as a base material, as shown in FIG. 4, a resin layer 3 is formed on the back surface of the base material 1 with an anchor agent layer 2 interposed therebetween, and the resin layer 3 has a releasability. The release layer 4 made of a good resin, the pattern layer 5, and the adhesive layer 6 had to be sequentially laminated and used.

According to the present invention, based on a polyvinyl chloride film,
A transfer film in which a pattern layer with good peeling is directly provided on the substrate, and an adhesive layer is provided thereon, and the binder of the ink used for the pattern layer is polyvinyl butyral or cellulose acetate propionate. The resin or chlorinated polypropylene resin is used.

By the way, transferability is determined by the balance between the "adhesive force between the transfer layer and the transfer surface" and the "force required to separate the transfer layer from the substrate". If either of these is too strong or too weak, good transfer cannot be achieved. Base material is PE
Designing transfer foil is relatively easy because it is easy to secure releasability that can be easily peeled in the case of a material that is difficult to adhere to originally (such as T) (the force to peel the layer to be transferred is weak). However, since PET has a high heat distortion temperature on the other hand, this is poor in the property that it can be easily heat deformed according to the three-dimensional shape of the transferred surface, which is required when transferring to a three-dimensional molded product, and It is not suitable for applications such as transfer painting on three-dimensional molded products like this application.

By the way, the type of base film material that can be used for transfer involving three-dimensional forming represented by the vacuum forming method is considerably restricted for that purpose, and among them, PVC shows the best suitability.

However, since PVC has a high affinity for a wide range of resins, it is difficult to ensure good peelability. For this reason, the types of ink binders that have good releasability from vinyl chloride and that can follow the elongation required for transfer to three-dimensional molded products will naturally be limited.

In the present invention, as a result of the inventors' earnest research and examination, a pattern layer is directly provided on the base material, and the peelability from the base material, polyvinyl chloride, is good and a three-dimensional molded product is obtained. We have found that the solution is to use a specific material for the ink binder as the most suitable picture layer that has good elasticity when transferring and can follow three-dimensional shapes well depending on the transferred surface. , It is said polyvinyl butyral, cellulose acetate propionate resin, or chlorinated polypropylene resin.

The reason why the peelability from polyvinyl chloride is improved (easy peeling) in the case of these three materials is because of the affinity of the interface between the polyvinyl chloride as the base material and the pattern layer. It seems to be related to.
