In addition, it is desired that the stains be easily wiped off (non-adhesive). The present invention relates to a film-coated metal plate suitable for use as a range hood or an inner wall material around a kitchen, which is required to have such stain resistance, chemical resistance and non-adhesiveness.

There was a problem in the resistance, chemical resistance and non-stickiness.

To obtain a significantly modified film-coated metal sheet. An object of the present invention is to obtain a film-coated metal plate suitable for use as an interior material such as a range hood or a wall surface around a kitchen where oil and other substances are likely to adhere. An object of the present invention is to obtain a film-coated metal plate which is also excellent in bending workability.

A primer layer 2 containing an anticorrosive pigment, and then a colored resin coating film layer 3 are sequentially formed by coating, a printing layer 4 is formed on the coloring resin coating film layer 3, and the coloring resin is covered with the printing layer 4. A transparent tetrafluoride-based fluororesin film 6 having a thickness of 5 to 30 μm is attached onto the coating film layer 3 via the adhesive layer 5.
In this case, the pattern of the printed layer 4 is seen with the colored resin coating layer 3 as the background through the fluororesin film 6.
The film 6 may be in a semitransparent state. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 7 indicates a back surface coating layer formed by coating on the back surface of the metal plate 1 as needed. The back surface of the metal plate 1 can preferably have the same cross-sectional structure as the above-mentioned front surface side.

An alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate, etc. can be used. Examples of the chemical conversion treatment of this metal plate include chromic acid treatment and phosphate treatment. The primer layer 2 is prepared by preparing a coating material composed mainly of an epoxy resin or a polyester resin containing 5 to 70% by weight of strontium chromate as a rust preventive pigment in a non-volatile resin component, rolling the coating composition, baking it, and drying it. Form to a dry thickness of ~ 8 μm. Regarding the mixing ratio of the rust preventive pigment, if it is less than 5% by weight, the corrosion resistance effect is lost, and if it exceeds 70% by weight, the coating property is deteriorated, so it is set to 5 to 70% by weight.

Is formed by coating. The colored resin coating film layer 3 may be formed by directly coating the surface of the metal plate 1 without the primer layer 2.
In any case, the colored resin coating film layer 3 is prepared by preparing a polyester resin-based paint containing 10 to 60% by weight of a coloring pigment in the paint solid content, roll-coating the paint, and baking to dry it. It can be formed to a dry thickness of ˜30 μm. On the colored resin coating film layer 3, a printing layer 4 on which a design pattern such as wood grain is printed is formed. As the printing ink, for example, an alkyd-based ink, an epoxy-based ink, or a polyester-based ink can be used.

Examples of the fluororesin film 6 include vinyl fluoride resin, vinylidene fluoride resin, trifluoroethylene chloride resin, trifluoroethylene / ethylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene / ethylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene / Hexafluoropropylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene
Perfluoroalkoxyethylene copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene / perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin, tetrafluoroethylene resin, etc. are used. Of these, a tetrafluoride-based fluororesin film is suitable for use because it is excellent in stain resistance, chemical resistance and non-adhesiveness.

When the thickness is less than 5 μm, the original functions of stain resistance and chemical resistance become insufficient, wrinkles easily occur during lamination, and it is difficult to manufacture a uniform thickness. On the other hand, when it exceeds 30 μm, the workability is deteriorated, and it is sufficiently high in view of the functions of stain resistance and chemical resistance, resulting in cost increase.

Since it is adhered via the agent layer 5, unlike the conventional type in which a fluororesin coating film is formed by coating, the film 6 does not become porous at the time of production and is excellent in stain resistance and chemical resistance. It is also excellent in non-adhesiveness against foods such as soy sauce and sauce. Moreover, when the fluororesin film 6 is made of a tetrafluorinated fluororesin, it is particularly excellent in stain resistance, chemical resistance and non-adhesiveness. Therefore, it is particularly meaningful when applied to a range hood that is easily soiled with oil and an interior material around the kitchen.

きる。The fluororesin film 6 of the present invention is transparent itself, and the colored resin coating film layer 3 is formed through the film 6.
By looking at it, the color is used for decoration. When the printed layer 4 having a wood grain pattern or the like is formed on the colored resin coating layer 3, the pattern of the printed layer 4 is viewed with the color of the colored resin coating layer 3 as the ground color. This is
In the case where the colored film is laminated on the outer surface of the metal plate 1, it is necessary to prepare a large number of colored films of different colors and keep them in stock, which is troublesome in inventory control and the thickness of the colored film is large. It is necessary to mask so that the color of the plate 1 is not transparent, but in the present invention, it is 5 to 30.
It suffices to prepare a transparent fluororesin film 6 having a thin film thickness within the range of μm, and inventory management of the film 6 can be easily performed, which leads to reduction of manufacturing cost as a whole. Since the color change for decoration only needs to change the color pigment of the colored resin coating layer 3, this can be dealt with well.

The galvanized steel sheet 1 is subjected to chemical conversion treatment, and a polyester resin primer containing a rust preventive pigment is applied onto the chemical conversion treatment layer (not shown), baked and dried to form a primer layer 2 having a thickness of 5 μm. A colored resin coating layer 3 having a thickness of 15 μm is obtained by applying a polyester resin paint containing a color pigment onto the layer 2, baking and drying.
A polyester adhesive is applied onto the colored resin coating layer 3 at a rate of 8 g / m 2 and baked to form a transparent adhesive layer 5.
A transparent ETFE (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer) film 6 having a thickness of μm is pressure-bonded and attached.
A film-coated metal plate having a cross-sectional structure as shown in Figure 3 was prepared.
