電球や蛍光灯は高いところにあり、ほとんど囲いがない
といってよく、しかもほとんどがガラス製品であるか
ら、車や建築中の振動、地震などで落ちないよう、ネジ
回し式や蛍光灯ならはめて90度回転させて固定してい
るのが実状であろう。ところが高い所にあるため、はめ
るにも、切れたものを取り換えるにも、脚立に昇って電
球なら回して、蛍光灯なら90度両方を回転させて下に
降ろし、新しいものを再び同じ方法で逆にはめ込まなけ
ればならない。この作業は母子家庭などでは大変な作業
と言えよう。脚立の昇り降りは、危険が伴うし、電気な

は、以上の不便を解消するため、電球や蛍光灯の接着部
を磁石でいえばマイナスにしておき、受け皿をプラスに
