を保持できるよう、内側をくの字と逆くの字に折り曲げ
て保持部6を形成した、一本の弾性線材からなるクリッ
プリング7を、弁箱1の2ヶ所にもうけた円形内溝8、
8′に容易には離脱しないよう装着し、上記2個のクリ
ップリングに保持されて弁体3は弁箱の中心軸上を移動
しうるようにしたものである。このため、弁箱の底に土
砂等が沈殿、付着したとしても、弁体の動作には何ら悪
影響を及ぼさず、そのため、非常に耐久性の良い逆流防
止弁が実現できたわけであるが、しかし、引用例のもの
は、ガイド部4の外周部とクリップリング7の保持部6
内壁との間に大きな寸法差を有せしめることができず、
また、クリップリング7を円形内溝8、8′に装着する
ときは、クリップリング7を内側にすぼめるようにして
弁箱1に挿入しなければならないため、組み立てが非常
に困難になり、クリップリング7の寸法精度も要求され
る、という欠点があり、さらには、弁体3を弁座2に押

3は常時は図のように弁座2から離脱した状態になって

つ、組み立ても容易でばねを有する逆流防止弁を提供す
ることを目的としており、第2図のクリップリングを1
本弁箱に装着し、上記クリップリングの保持部に、一部
に大径のつば部を有する円筒形の支持体を保持させ、上

空間部11、弁体3の間隙、クリップリング7の間隙を通
って流出口12側へと流れる。蛇口を閉じたとき、または

く、ばね18の復元力により瞬時に弁体3は左方に移動
し、環状パッキン14が弁座12に密着して逆流を防止す
る。係止部10はテーパー面となっており、弁体3は先端
に球面部13を形成しているため、弁体3が弁箱1の軸心
から多少ずれて弁座2内に侵入してきても、係止部10で
すべりを起こし、スムーズにOリング14が弁座2を閉塞
できるものである。弁座2の内周よりもストッパー部15
の外径を大きくしているため、それ以上弁体3は左方に
移動することはない。実施例のものを組み立てる際に
は、まず弁箱1に弁体3、ばね18、支持体17を入れ、ば
ね18を圧縮して支持体17を図より左方に移動させた状態
でクリップリング7をすぼめるようにして弁箱に挿入
し、円形内溝8に装着する。その後で左方から弁体3を
押圧してクリップリング7の保持部6を拡開するように
して支持体17をクリップリング7に保持させる。クリッ
プリング7はばね弾性により支持体をしっかり保持し、
また、ばね10に押圧されたつば部16にも係止されて、容
易に支持体17を離脱させないようにしている。取り外す

ておくために同一のプラスチックを使用することが望ま

が、この他にも例えば第4図に示すように、弁箱1に小
半円状の弁座2をもうけ、弁体3に平パッキン14を装着
したり、円形内溝8の断面形状を半丸状でなく角状にし
たり、クリップリング7の保持部6を第5図のように円
形状に形成するなど本考案の要旨を逸脱しない程度の設
