Further, in the case of a polyvinyl chloride-based eraser, increasing the amount of the plasticizer used in combination causes the problem of the migration of the plasticizer that is otherwise present, that is, the plasticizer present inside the eraser changes over time. However, it is not applicable to an eraser of the type that does not use a plasticizer together.
Examples of the type of eraser that does not use a plasticizer include thermoplastic elastomer type erasers such as styrene and olefin, which are relatively excellent in strength.

Both are alternately laminated. Here, although polyvinyl chloride is exemplified as the thin layer 2, it does not have to have a function as an eraser. As can be seen from the fact that products made entirely of polyvinyl chloride cannot be erasers, appropriate materials such as the above-mentioned plasticizers and sub-substances are used together in order to satisfy the eraser.

それぞれの材質に応じて適宜選択すればよい。Since the thin layer 2 does not always function as an eraser, it should be as thin as possible. However, if it is too thin, it will be difficult to form. As a forming method, plastic is diluted with a solvent or the like and then sprayed and dried on an eraser base material, or transfer printing is performed on a preformed film, depending on the material of the eraser base material and the plastic. It may be selected as appropriate.

However, as described above, since the thin layer 2 does not always function as an eraser, it is necessary to avoid thinning the eraser base material.

前述したように強度に優れる。If the thickness of one plastic thin layer and the eraser base material are thin even within the above-mentioned range, it is preferable to select a thermoplastic elastomer-based eraser base material.
As described above, it has excellent strength.

For example, the eraser base material and the thin layer may be concentrically arranged to form a cylindrical eraser as a whole. Further, if the total thickness does not exceed the above-mentioned range, the thin layer may be appropriately multi-layered, and in this case, the one that comes into contact with the eraser base material may be the adhesive layer, and further the eraser base material may be patterned. A thin layer having transparency may be formed after attachment.

ができる。(Effect of the device) The eraser of the present invention has excellent erasability. The reason for this is not clear, but when the eraser base material is scraped off, the thin layer of plastic is cut off as if it were scraped together, and therefore the erased scraps grow to some extent. Inferred. This effect varies depending on the system of the eraser base material, and is particularly remarkable for the thermoplastic elastomer system which does not use the plasticizer together. It is possible to improve the cohesiveness of the eraser without increasing the combined amount of, and to prevent the decrease of the split of the eraser at the time of use that occurs in polyvinyl chloride type, and by erasing it, the eraser It is possible to provide an eraser excellent in strength regardless of the type of base material.
